Did a mobile order at 5:56 tonight, they got the order wrong. No big deal, i ask for the correct food, quietly and politely as there were other customers having problems as well. The employee starts complaining to the new hire about how aweful the customers are and actually looked directly at me and said the doirdash orders come first as they paid already. I reminded her so had i. Cery rude, finally got my food at 7;05 p.m. i will be reaching out to corporate. Shame on you...

So we went in there we ended up getting three meals two baconators one spicy cheese with queso french fries and baconator fries and we got a 20 piece chicken nugget and they screwed everything up so my husband had to go in the next day and get our food redone because the chicken sandwiches well no the baconator was a chicken sandwich yeah chicken sandwiches on pretzel buns so yeah I was a little irritated Don't go there at night only go there during the day and don't try DoorDashing because they screw that up too friend of mine just had a door dash done and they didn't even put cheese on his baconator.
The customer is usually pretty okay! But every time me and my household gets a online order something is ALWAYS forgotten so we have to go back out and get it! Which is ridiculous its already paid for everything should be there! Usually staff is understanding and gives our missing item but it happens every single time! Food tastes good but Online Orders need to do better they are already paid for I would expect to have all my food!

No one seems to care about hair.everytime we go drive through there hair is not covered so end up always getting hair in food.an drive through is very slow.me an my wife worked there an there is no reason for

SO ridiculously slow. It should not take me 30-40 minutes to get food from a FAST FOOD restaurant. I could get better quality food in quicker time than that. By the time I get my food my lunch break is over, it's extremely unacceptable. Get some better workers, train and staff properly. Not to mention the workers aren't even friendly!

The food that we got was good for fast food. The apple pecan salad is loaded with Bleu cheese. I found that out after I bought. We didn't go in so I just gave 5 stars ✨️
