Never had a bad pie here in the multiple trips that I've been. That says a lot considering when I go to Hillside, I'm looking for a thin crust pizza that its vastly different from the *norm*. I tried the Cross That Bridge on the recommendation of the waitstaff and it was excellent and an appreciated change from my normal pizza shop combinationBonus points for their local fundraising support!
This pizza really is the best, it is consistently good with great local ingredients. We were fans when the first restaurant opened in Deerfield at their original location but now go to their new locations. Same great pizza.
Hillside pizza literally saved our wedding this past weekend. When our family was hit with covid the week before our wedding we had to pivot and make a plan b. If we didn’t cancel our planned catering by a certain time we would risk losing a large amount of money if we ends up with covid.
