Second time at brunch within the last 3 weeks; yet again amazing! Our waitress was amazing and the food was 10/10. Will be going back again, thank you for such a nice brunch with loved ones.
We had drinks in the Mick before dinner . Great bar lots of friendly staff. Asia greeted us as we entered and what a upbeat positive person! She checked on us a few times during the night we felt special. She is definitely the first person you want to meet. Bartender was awesome, I don't remember her name, and even though busy chatted up all the patrons w her favorites on appetizers and drinks. Raliegh was our waiter and he was knowledgeable in the menu answering all our questions. He always showed up just when we needed him a sign of a seasoned waiter. I had Chicken Pot Pie and it was beyond delicious. It's served in a cast iron pan with a flaky crust and mashed potatoes incorporated in the filling . A slice of heaven... a large portion so go hungry! My husband had filet mignon au poivre cooked medium rare to perfection. It was delicious definitely need to be a pepper lover. He had a smoked bourbon after dinner drink which Raliegh explained all that went into it. If you order this drink let it sit a bit before you drink it. We passed I. Desert as we were so full . It's a great restaurant the staff work well together helping each other out . We loved it!

They charge more when you use your card to pay. Keep in mind most dishes are already $20+ and they're very busy even way out in in the boonies of Holyoke. I've never seen that at another restaurant. If you order online, it adds an automatic 15% tip, even if you choose no tip. Ironically, no such thing is required when you call it in, which requires wasting a busy server's time. Who tips 15% on takeout? I saved $30 on a moderately sized order by calling it in and paying cash. Sketchy behavior for what otherwise looks like a very nice place. Really nice building, nice subdued atmosphere inside but it was pretty loud.Bolognese, teriyaki steak tips and shepherd's pie were pretty good. Red mashed potatoes were creamy. Buns were fresh and tasty.

A bit loud near the bar with band playing. Better in dining area. However band playing and house ceiling speaker music playing different music, made it a bit busy for conversation at times

The wine pairing dinner was great. The food and wine was just what we were looking for. The seating arrangement was no good. I went with a party of 4, and our purpose was to catch up with each other. We were unaware and did not like the one large table with all parties sitting next to each other. We are unable to have conversations with each other.

Delaney House is great! My dining experience is always made by the waiter or waitress. This waitress was not very pleasant all business. Never asked my wife if she wanted an appetizer. Party of nine, everyone else.

Staying in the hotel was a great experience. Having said that, my experience at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. The host behaved badly, failing to inquire if we were hotel guests. Despite being told no reservation was needed, we were informed of a one-hour wait, with no empathy or apology, or even to try to make an effort, especially considering we had a two-year-old child. This lack of understanding and poor customer service left a negative impression on my overall experience as a hotel guest, especially when we needed to look for another restaurant in the closest town on a cold night.

Never write reviews however I'm going to write one so it will be helpful. We were seated near the speaker and the music was tooooo loud. Ordered drinks and we got drinks that we hadn't ordered. (Enjoyed them anyway) Ordered another drink which we had originally order- drink was good however NOT $14.95 worth. Food was just good- We will definitely be back because it's still a special place to dine. We'll just order something different.
The food and ambiance were terrific. I only found the waitress a little lacking. I needed another drink with my food and she never even asked if I would like a refill. We had to ask a few questions on what the food was and she exhaled, like we were stopping her from doing something.

Food and service were excellent. Really enjoyed the food. Cocktails were excellent. Be aware that the music volume in “the Mick” is very loud. People talk loud to be heard over the music and when it's crowded, it's very difficult to have a normal conversation with your table mate.

This brunch did not miss a beat! The gentlemen we had as a waiter (Todd or Tim?) was exceptional. Kept the water and coffee coming and cleared used plates quickly. The spread had so many options. The staff were attentive to low trays. What an array of options... shrimp, waffles, desserts, salad, French toast, quiche, ham... the list goes on and on!

Our service was excellent. My husband tried something new and he did not like the taste of the meal so the server brought him a different meal very quickly and the manager came over to the table to check that everything was okay. They even took the meal that he didn't like off of our bill, which was nice. We will definitely be coming back here.
