Says 24 hours on the store and on the highway. Pulled off to get coffee and it was closed. About to stop trying Dunkin’ Donuts all together. They are a joke of a en establishment. This happens weekly they are closed when they say they are supposed to be 24hrs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unbelievably rude and super incompetent. This place was decent at one point, now its subpar at best. If you want incomplete orders and to be talked to like you’re garbage then this is the place for you!

Found a hair in the cheese of my sandwhich. On another account I ordered a small iced coffee with salted caramel cold foam. The cashier put it in wrong so I got regular cold foam and when I reminded them I wanted the salted caramel cold foam, she gave me a big attitude and was extremely rude. Another time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an english and got white cheddar cheese. Avoid

I ordered 2 donuts and 1 ice tea with less ice and 2 liquid sugar. Then it came out 3 donuts and the tea with 3 white sugar. I said I want liquid sugar, the staff said you should said it next time before she made a new one (she poured out the tea out of the original.) ? After checking the receipt, 3 donuts and 3 sugar were listed. It makes me think... does the staff really understand TWO is different than THREE?! ??

This place absolutely sucks! 25 minutes in line to get a coffee. The middle age woman needs to get another job! Thursday July 27th around 2 pm is the time not to go there!! I’m never going back again unless she gets fired!!!?

I’d give this a zero rating if I could. Walked in, and there was a lady with her back to me counting money. After awhile, she turned, looked at me, said nothing and kept counting. After standing there for some time longer, I said screw it and went to starbucks. Not like the prices are that much different anyway.
just came from the DD Kingston(gas station location)charged 3.00 for a breakfast taco that soundedsooo hood. UGH had a spoonful (if that) eggs and a sprinkle of bacon. not worth 1/2 that price. I am NOT a DD customer but I was starving!!!!very disappointed....i know things are more expensive today but really this wasn't worth $1.00!!!I will continue NOT going to DD!

Got charged for 2 for Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwiches & only got one. When I went inside to tell the cashier he said they only rang you up for 1 so I will have to charge you for another one, like what?! Employees want 15/hr but can’t even make a simple order correctly
