You want to get in and out there The staff is quick and very kind only thing I hate is there cups they drip from the covers that's every Dunkins though. They gotta fix the issue sick of cleaning up coffee in my car cup holder.

really bad i asked for lemonade and gave me green tea. i tried to send it back and they said it was lemonade. also the ice was not floating. this is not the first time they messed it up

2 young kids stood at the register flirting with girls while we waited 20 mins for our food. Horrible service When asked if he could ring us up the said that he didn't know how to work the register.

Let me preface by saying I have always gone to this dunks and never had an issue always accommodating and pleasant and they get my order right.Today I went on my break to grab a drink for me and my co worker .I drove up and told them nothing was coming through the speaker which may have been my fault or a tech issue but then girl at the window said I had to drive through again and didn't seem apologetic in the least. Finally second time around got mine and my co workers drinks and they were made wrong. My small iced matcha was filled halfway not fully and my co workers hot oat milk latte was replaced with a small hot decaf. I had run out of time on my break so I couldn't even fix it. But super disappointed because my dunks trip is the thing I look forward to most in my work day.

This branch stopped putting butter on the bagel for you and the butter they serve is too hard (not soft enough) to spread yourself. This is a nightmare to try and accomplish while also driving. Much better off waiting in line at Gunther Tooties who still provide services such as spreading the butter for you.It's tough, you go to Dunkies because "America Runs on Dunkin'" and you are looking for something fast and easy to eat/drink on the go, especially as a commuter.Go here as a last resort/in a pinch only. I ended up tossing the bagel because by the time the butter softened, the toasted bagel was cold and stale.

Very bad experience there with the store manager.Service was horrible I oder from drive t. Made my order wrong, missing sandwich and drink, after stop in side, ask for my sandwich the manager said wasn’t paid.I said that’s fine , I made another payment no problem. The manager made my sandwich and throw at the table next to me, I asked why ? She did that, she said she was so busy.Then she told me to get out of her store, like if I was nothing. I was on my way to cape for my kids games, all sandwiches the bagels was burned all 4 off them, my kids was very upset.I hope something can be done with this very rude person. How can the store district let someone like that be the manager, I hope you guys can see the video. Made on 9/10/21 9:30.

I usually love going here but today this ive never seen before made my order . I asked for a iced latte and gave me hot and said “ you asked for hot” I would’ve never asked for hot .Then they give me iced latte but make the wrong order . I drive back around and re order : they take my latter and just put hazelnut swirl in it .. I’m pretty sure Dunkin’ Donuts policy is not to take the drink back .The drink just tasted like milk .. I think I’m going to stop going to that Dunkin . Not how o wanted to start my morning

Can’t seem to get 1 order correct:I should have checked my order, but there was a long line behind me and I didn’t want to be that one who holds up everyone. I saw they have new mini pancakes with syrup, so I ordered with the other stuff I was getting. I got home to find 2 mini cold plain bagel…yuck. Thanks again Duncan, just blame it on Covid like everyone else does so you don’t have great customer service.
