Ok I hate to give a bad review to KFC as I love their chicken but this restaurant in Kingston Ma is always so consistently underwhelming, I think the problem with this restaurant is that they are either so busy they cant keep up or so slow that they don't keep the chicken fresh. I ordered the $20 big box last night and it was horrible. The biscuits were hard, The Chicken was so dry and the fries were hard and tastless..please Kingston stop being a disappointment 50% of the time.

I've been here several times the last few months, I've ordered with the app and it's been ready in time every time. Food quality is very good and pricing is acceptable in this horrible economy. I used the restroom one time and it was clean.

No chicken tenders at 5pm. Wings are $4 each so 8 wings are $32. but hot wings are $1 what a mark-up. While waiting for tenders to cook, my 4piece chicken sat in a box...getting cold. no direction in the kitchen, very poor management. What manager?? didnt see one, just some kids poorly trained. No it wasnt busy...

Very good there my only problem is my last visit the place was falling apart the toilet shifted when I sat in it and parts of the ceiling was
They must of changed the batter. It was nothing like KFC original. I won't stop there again.

The young teens who took my order seemed like they had a major case of the giggles..... Food was ok I guess they gave us the smallest pieces of chicken possible. We spent $71.00 for four people to eat dinner and I wish I had not gone their to get the food they served cause it was like the old food that had been sitting around for some time. They should care how they serve food to customers cause they won't be returning to that location at all.
