A neat little place. The chicken parm was overcooked, but it was mostly good otherwise and the dessert certainly made up for that. The dining room was nicely decorated, but noisy despite the average sized crowd. Something unique about this place is the open kitchen window where you can see your food prepared. I am sure I will be back, but I think I will try another entrée.Parking: The restaurant is free standing next to a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking to be found.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and most of the tables had chairs that could be easily moved to accomodate a wheelchair.

Great lunch! Portions were big and service was excellent. The eggplant parm salad was delicious. We also had pizzas and a chicken parm sandwich which were all good.

Always hood for a local spot. Never had anything bad to eat. Drinks are made well. Service is friendly and not over bearing but attentive. I have scheduled small meetings here and they are accommodating for us. TVs at the bar can be seen throughout the restaurant. Clean facilities and open kitchen. Will be back.

Excellent service. Just two hiccups in the meal. First was that our wine glasses were dirty. One had lipstick, the other had spots. This is a slippery slope. Women's lipstick is made to stay on, and it shows when transferred to wine glasses. Hard water is an issue too. The glasses can be polished, but then again I despise it when a wine or water glass tastes of rancid polishing cloth, which happens now and then. The server was apologetic and quickly replaced the glasses and there was no polishing cloth stench or taste. The other issue was that my eggplant parmigiana over pasta sat in a tiny puddle of pasta water. It was visible when served so this faux pas falls on the expediter who was the last inspector of the food before it hit the table. You got to drain that stuff. A tiny plate tilt would have sufficed as well.

Horrible service. Server never came to our table after we sat down. Had to get up and ask hostess who the server was. When food came they forgot one. Server nowhere to be found. Everyone at table was out of drinks, still nowhere to be found. When she finally came we explained we were one meal short so she went to check, never asked about empty drinks. 10 more minutes go by and the manager came over to apologize. Finally got food after others were done, still no drink refills. Unfortunately service everywhere has declined. No one cares anymore, no one tries to work hard or be good at what they do, no matter what they do. Horrible experience yet and expensive bill.

Sitting here now. We were seated, waited 10 minutes and nothing. Had to ask the hostess who our server was. Finally she came over, took our order and brought our drinks. Food came, one meal short. Everyone was out of drinks and no sign of server. When we finally got servers attention and asked about missing meal she was puzzled and said she'd check. Never asked if anyone wanted a refill on empty drinks. 10 minutes later the manager came over to apologize and yes'd us to death. Still never got asked if we wanted refills and still missing one dinner. The missing dinner finally came after everyone else was done. Still no drinks. It's unfortunate because it used to be a good place. Service quality has hit rock bottom. Server could care less.

Food: rather average than good; partially over-priced; fries were almost cold Atmosphere: fine, we liked the film photos on the wall giving it a nostalgic setting Service: fast delivery of ordered food Customer treatment: we had given a tip of more than 10%, yet the waitress became very unfriendly and demanded 20%. This was almost the value of a dish we ordered. Completely overexaggerated reaction towards customer. Consequence: we will not return again after such a behaviour

Been here several times and it’s hit or miss. Sad but the service is not great at all, and At times I went there and they lock the doors early, sad because I was bring others to be there- and they are not dependable to be open even when they have several folks still inside there being served ( witnessed them being served :( very disappointed- would not recommend until new management.
