Me gusta mucho comprar un sandwich aquí pero para poder ordenarlo por teléfono es una odisea. Te contestan la llamada y sin decir una palabra te dejan esperando hasta 15 minutos. Vuelves y llamas y es lo mismo. Sino pueden atender el teléfono, entonces no tengan ese servicio. Eso molesta mucho al cliente, varias veces cuelgo la llamada después de 15 minutos y voy a otro lado donde si me atiendan. Es lo único q deben mejorar.

Baked Desserts are Ok… always get Quesitos from them. Empanadillas de Pollo are as dry as they can be, it’s almost like chewing on dry cotton and the pizza ones are always cold inside and the shredded mozzarella never melts. And sadly the sandwiches have lost so much of that old School Caribbean Bakery Quality. Definitely not a true Sandwich Puertorriqueño.Cooks are not from PR.

The service was very slow and when customers inquire owners stated “ I don’t care I have enough customers, leave if you want”. I find that extremely unprofessional and no sense of customer service. I also observed that every 5 minutes there was a homeless person in the restaurant asking for money. The best part of the experience was seeing a person over dose on drugs in front of the door to enter of establishment. I would never eat there again and recommend nobody to eat there

If you’re looking for a Caribbean coffee, this is the place to go. The bread is so good! Made fresh daily. They have great breakfast and lunch options. Staff is well trained and even though they have some tough / shady customers they’re always helpful and are fast at cashing you out.
