If you want to eat a very good brunch you should come to Roses restaurant, it is clean, nice and the staff are very friendly and also they are bilingual .
The food was delicious and you can feel a mix of good flavors at the same time you see the effort and time that the chef put in each plate. This restaurant has a multicultural menu which is very good for the family. I love it and I will come back again.
Great food! We stopped here on our way home passing through and it was a Sunday brunch. The staff was very friendly and the food options for quite amazing and special. We sat outside and it couldn't have been a better day for that. It was very clean and pleasant and the food and service was amazing as well as the Ambiance and decor.
Legit delicious food. If I could give it more stars, I would. Every thing we had was absolutely amazing. Quality, fresh ingredients. Great staff. You'll definitely be glad you chose to have breakfast/lunch here.
Right next to the Lee outlets! Very busy Sunday lunchtime but did not have to wait. Very friendly and attentive staff. Attractive recently renovated restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Comfortable atmosphere, but air conditioning was minimal and acoustics made it a bit noisy. Unfortunately my omelet was made with different ingredients than I had requested. Waiter repeated back correctly, so unsure what happened. Food was great. Had a lot of gluten dishes. Did have good gluten free toast but unless you want an omelet or a salad, I wouldn't recommend for gluten free. I would definitely recommend otherwise for brunch. I was eyeing the homemade croissants, waffles, pancakes, and biscuits ?.
Breakfast for 2 was delicious. Forgot to take pics of the menu but there’s a wide variety from light (croissants, yogurt granola), to heavier (burritos, meat options), to sweet (pancakes, waffles) menu items. Ingredients complement each other well. Good coffee options, machine made (not diner style coffee). Fresh, clean, great decor, super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Food is astoundingly good. Everything is homemade, the staff and chef are extremely friendly and I cannot recommend highly enough (our toddler was invited back to the kitchen so the chef could give her a small pan au chocolate to satiate her hanger until her waffle was ready). Diner classics taken many levels above in terms of quality and execution. We ate breakfast here twice in one week because of how good it is, the churrasco steak and eggs are sublime (photo is of the griddle sandwich, also excellent).
This was a great place. My wife and I were out for breakfast and realized that they were finally open for business. For being open just a few days the service and the product was outstanding. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They operated with the "One for All and All for One" concept. Servers, bus people, and front of house all worked as one. Very short wait time considering the quality of the product received. Fabian (in the kitchen) and Andrea (on the floor), the operating owners are really really great people. Creative menu, everything was done perfectly. We look forward to our next visit there. They offer limited hours at this point 7:00 to 2:00.A great new place to be in Lee massachusetts. They need to title it roses at Lee so everyone knows where to come to find them and share the experience
My friends and I happened upon Rose’s by chance on the way to Salem. We needed to stop for lunch and randomly picked this spot because it was 4 min away from where we were on the highway. We had no clue what we were walking into… we were pleasantly surprised! They took us as a walk in party of 8 and accommodated us immediately. The aesthetic while monochromatic was so pleasing as there were so many textures, from the circular accent tile on the wall to the amazing stone floor down to the smallest details like the moss artwork and the antique salt and pepper shakers, we were impressed to say the least right off the bat. The menu was perfectly sized and each item was described with intention. The staff was beyond attentive and friendly, truly catered to all the guests in the dining room. The chef came to the table with a sample of their in house sausage, bacon, croissants and homemade busicuts to nibble on while we read through the menus. Everything was superbly delicious. The coffee was fresh ground by the cup and automatically pleasing. So much care was taken into plating of the food, defiantly worthy of taking pics for the Gram. The silence at the table while we were eating said it all! 11/10 must visit!
New owners and the food is great. They poured their heart and soul into renovating the place. Would like to see some additions. Whole grain bread, egg whites but otherwise the food is good. I had avocado on home made bread with lobster on it. It also came with eggs that I didn’t eat. Delicious!!!
Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious.Congratulations to the new owners for that!??
Rose’s Restaurant in Lee has reopened under new owners. It was one of the best breakfasts that Elizabeth Rathbun Cogswell and I have had in a long time! They are using local products and serving breakfast and lunch. Give them a try! Delicious!!
Went the other day for breakfast with 2 other girls and we weren’t all that impressed….
First off when you can’t figure out the brass salt and pepper grinders on the tables then it’s too fancy for me… we needed a lesson how they worked after dropping them on the table and our plates a couple times ?♀️
I got the jalapeño biscuit w a homemade sausage patty and and 2 scrambled eggs and some home fries for $16.50
My friend got the bagel breakfast sandwich with one what seemed to be a sunny side up egg, some thick cut bacon and cheese with a side of potato wedges (nothing like the pic posted on the Facebook page) for $15.50
My other friend got the crossiant breakfast sandwich which came un-assembled with a side of bacon and 2 very runny eggs and a side salad … that was $17 I believe.
Just a little to fancy and pricey for our liking, especially for breakfast.
Summertime should be ok with the tourists but hopefully they’ll survive the winter.
Us locals aren’t used to that.
At the end of the day with tip it was $75
We were big fans of the “old” Rose’s & went there frequently for breakfast. Though we miss the staff & very reasonable prices, the “new” Rose’s has a fresh, new menu with a beautifully decorated atmosphere & very attentive, friendly staff. The owner/chef came over twice to check on us & was very pleasant & friendly. The coffee is fresh ground & the ingredients are farm fresh. $55 for 3 people plus tip.
The food here was very good, much better than I was expecting, definitely above average diner food. The eggs were cooked perfect, the homefries were super good, I would eat here again. However, the service was not great. I read some reviews here specifically saying how friendly the waitresses were which really surprised me. My waitress didn't act very friendly, didn't check on us once after the food was brought to us, never offered to fill my coffee back up, and we had to wait probably 10 minutes after finishing our food before she came back and offered to bring the bill. The food was good enough that this wouldn't stop me from recommending it, and maybe she was just having a bad day, but I was a little disappointed by it.
We heartily recommend Roses as a solid meal choice. The coffee was fresh and hot (and surprisingly robust without being bitter at all). I had the ham stack which had incredibly tender flavorful ham! My husband had their bacon cheese burger and was also happy. We each chose the fries and they did not disappoint! Great value on both the meals. Our coffee cup was kept full and our service couldn't have nicer or better. We picked Roses because it had good reviews and was close to the tollway with a quick off and on of only a 1/4 mile.
