Most employees at this location are rude and appear disinterested in their jobs. Dunkins charges a good amount for their products and in return employees at this location do not treat customers respectfully. This site is a beautiful building and a nice addition to the area. Too bad the staff do not match the beauty of the building. I felt disappointed and overcharged after experiencing the unfriendliness of the staff. No thank you s, no greetings, no smiles but cold glares from employees when you place your order. After reading many similar negative reviews posted throughout the past years, one would think management would address these concerns.

3 stars is a stretch; I suppose the drive-thru is OK, there's always a line—and drive-thru get priority which creates an equally long long line in the dining area, which is minimally maintained. Staff chatter is an R-rated show of of PBS for kids. They get your order right ~50%... When contested on a mix-up, "I don't know, I just punch button...". Training is an unknown concept here. But, if you want a coffee shop that can get it right maybe 50% then this place is for you!

Mark on the overnight shift goes out of his way every time I see him to memorize my fairly complicated order and share a laugh and positive energy.
Because of him, I will always go to the Dutton St. Dunkins. He never once complained even when things looked hectic.

Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is located at both the entrance and exit.

The upper management here is so disgusting. Serious attitude problems. Trailer park trash GM and her sister/daughter whoever the blonde chick is. Those two are low lives and treat their community like filth. Went here for coffee a couple times. God awful experience. Nasty attitudes. Eye rolls. No sense of urgency. They do excellent job of making DD appear very unattractive. If you can’t do simple things like smiling and kindly saying “good morning”, why show up? No one made you apply to fast food with a gun to your head. Please do Lowell a favor and QUIT. You won’t be missed.

Very disappointed in the evening and weekend crews. So far 4 mishaps already that only seems to happen during the evening and weekends. i.e.........thid happened a couple times....orders always get screwed up (not getting what we order) worst part is after you tell them and they try to fix it and still got it wrong....my own fault for not opening it up and checking the sandwich. Next example is the shop running out of everything mid-eve. It's barely 5pm and they're out of almost everything except coffee. Another example is it's not even closing time but no one is there to take your order, spent about 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru then to pull up to the windown and not one person in sight, this was around 9pm. All in all, it's not a good place to go to around those times. Mornings are different, they are quicker and I've never had any mishaps so far.

My sista and I came through the drive thru in the morning there was nobody in line at all or nothing but they were in such a rush trying to get us out the drive thru that when my sista got her chai latte we thought they put caramel inside even though we didn’t ask but instead we got it on the SIDE?. I know the worker was aware too so that’s just very disgusting. Do better

DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY DURING BUSY TIMESThe recent pile-on of 1-star reviews is completely deserved. I go to a lot of Dunkin’s—I’m boosted on the app so I go a lot. And I have given this Dutton St location many, many second chances. [And still do, if it’s the right time of day.]This is without a doubt the single worst Dunkin location as it pertains to service that I have ever been to—certainly the worst in the Lowell area. Unreliable is an understatement. Without hyperbole, at least 1 out of every 2 of my mobile walk-in orders historically have come out either incorrect or simply fell through the cracks altogether and got forgotten about.Their system for separating out division of labor between drive-thru and walk-in orders is appalling. Walk-in orders are basically treated as an afterthought. In fairness, it’s probably also the busiest drive-thru location in Lowell, so I can understand that demand volume is higher for drive-thru compared to walk-in and so workflow priorities naturally tend to bias toward drive-thru. But the dereliction of service toward walk-in orders is completely out of control at this location. And the drive-thru is no better because even if you order ahead, you have to merge in with the normies and sit there for 15 minutes.Go literally anywhere else.

Today about 1 o’clock I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Dutton Street and I ordered a small butter pecan iced coffee with four butter pecan swirl four cream and when I went up to the window, my fiancé asked if she can get two orders of the everything bagel minis so then when I went to the window, I asked, could you please add a two orders of the everything bagel minis They said that they can’t because it’s going to mess up their timing so they refuse my order because it was going to mess up their timing. After a minute of waiting, they told me that they can make them for me so when I got them home two minutes later, they are cold like they rushed to get them out the window and I believe they are old. If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would as a person that works in retail no matter what customers are always right, especially if they’re trying to order food from my establishment . Update 01-01-2024Same thing happened to me today the woman, the blonde with the greasy ponytail was very rude to me. My sandwich looks like it was sat on. She needs to get fired now because she is not management material. And by the way, I am reaching out to corporate today it is 1:13 PMThank you !Matthew Hebert
