Our online order was 45 minutes late. After being told we could not cancel our order, we waited. Once they finally got to ours, they had run out of chips. We had ordered three bags, did not receive any, and were not refunded. Additionally, the business was filthy, with trash everywhere. All barrels were completely full with trash overflowing everywhere onto the floor. Never again for any Chipotle after this. This was beyond unacceptable.

Second time in two weeks I’ve had to cancel my online order. Having to wait an extra 45 mins for food is pretty bad, and since there’s no way for me to know how bad the store situation is before ordering, I end up having to deal with the extensive process of dealing with Chipolte customer service. I have witnessed last weekend the alleged issue: whomever is making the online orders isn’t organizing or calling them out. I stood waiting for my order along with 5 Doordash and Uber eats drivers, while orders of burritos just kept being made and silently stored on a shelf overhead. After aggressively having to ask for my food, I’ll have to switch locations to get my delicious burritos. The employees look too relaxed or miserable and disorganized. There needs to be some management going on here during rush hours.Also, The app is terrible and the “chat bot “ for help is unhelpful and unusable.
I asked for sour cream on my bowl. They said there was no sour cream. Yet there was a whole bucket of sour cream for App orders. They refused to give me any at all. Manager was an incredible jerk. He told me to come back tomorrow. I’ll never go back.

Don’t order online. I’ve ordered here a dozen times and each time they forget something. They will forget ingredients, forget to give you chips and one time I ordered a salad and they didn’t put lettuce…. that’s says enough. You have to order in person to make sure everything is added.

Our online order was supposed to be ready at 4:10, it wasn’t until half an hour later, 4:40, to get our semi warm food. the people at the front were either helping people in line or standing around talking with each other and someone who looked like they weren’t even clocked in yet got a drink cup and gave someone a drink behind the counter. they continued to talk until the girl who was supposed to be working walked away and five minutes later she was all ready to leave. the burrito was wrong too, got chicken not steak and the other ingredients were wrong as well. this isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location, get better management or make that spot at the loop a different store.

I ordered a doordash online order and because they didn’t receive it they tried to charge me twice even though I already paid and showed them the Receipt. I also came in to get some lunch after work today the lady didn’t give me extra meat or even finish my order she just kept it open on the counter. Then another employee came I told her I wanted cheese guacamole and lettuce she told the lady at the register I wanted guacamole so that means I got charged for it right. Tell me why I get home and there’s absolutely no cheese no guacamole or any ounce of lettuce in my bowl. Time for me, my family and friends to find a new location.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. All tables were dirty as well as the serving area and floors. It seems the employees have very low morale, which can be noticed by how they were preparing the meals as if they didn’t want to be there. Also, the way they were tranfering the food from the kitchen to the serving area were grounds to close this establishment. Very disappointing to say the least. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dump.

Forty minutes to receive 2 semi lukish warm burritos and fajita. They were clearly sitting for 15-20 minutes.... We are a five minute drive away from the Loop. Maddening.....On my second trip, The app doesn't work well, status does not update... The person didn't put the burrito in the location marked for people to pickup so I am waiting... Dear Chipotle : make it easy for your app ordering customers, not more difficult.Edit: came back on Wednesday for two burritos. App worked well and the burritos were done in the 8 minutes and were ready as I walked in. Well done Chipotle. However chicken had a burnt taste to it and the steak tasted like it had been sitting for too long... IE the taste was very lackluster... Was going to add a star but cannot

hi, I went to chipotle and i got three quesadillas. I expected them to be melted and they weren’t. I was very disappointed and I had to heat them up on a pan. It was very disappointing knowing that i have gone there a lot and this has never happened where the cheese isn’t melted.
