I've had consistently disappointing experiences with this Pizza Hut location. Every time I've gone to pick up my pizza, I've been met with long wait times, which seem to stem from a severe understaffing issue. The front desk is often left unattended, leaving customers waiting without any immediate assistance or update on their orders. Today was no exception, as I found myself waiting for 10 minutes before someone finally appeared to provide me with my pizza. This lack of prompt service and apparent disregard for customer time is unacceptable and has made me reconsider visiting this location in the future.

After a long trip ya just wanna order pizza and collapse.My Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple.Root beer was ordered, a bottle of iced tea came.We specifically ordered from the app not doordash so we could get the sauces we wanted. None of them came.I called the store and got no answer to my calls. I didn’t want to pay for missing items again but the minimum delivery order is $17, so that didn’t feel like an option anyway.

My favorite Pizza Hut Location Wish there were more !! I've never had any issues with them delivery or pickup .My recent order was pickup it was exactly ready on time and Was HoTT !!Parking: Lots of parking , but it does share lot with tacobell drivethru

I placed my order at 4:45pm and it arrived nearly 3 hours later. I was quoted 75-80 minutes when I ordered and it ended up taking more than double that. I started trying to call the store around the 2 hour mark and I kept getting put on hold and no one came back. Finally after 3 times, someone told me my food was on the way. Another 30 minutes passed, so I called back and was told my food was out for delivery which I tried explain I was told that 30 minutes ago and still nothing. What a nightmarish experience and what horrific customer service. I have no words for how awful this was!

I try to give this location a second chance and is like one time their super good and then others is just money down the drain. So disappointed. I ordered the triple treat, pizzas had just half with cheese the rest was dried up sauce. I also ordered boneless wings and they drenched them in sauce and it was super cold, the bread sticks didn’t even look like bread sticks. Advice, give proper training to the cooks.

The pizza here was amazing. Dimitri who greeted us as the register was very kind, and generous to us throughout the entire time we were there. The food on the other hand was out of this world. The pizza was the way we’ve always wanted but could never find a place that made it that way.
