Food is as good as a frozen dinner but 1/4 of the size. How much would another scoop of rice and frozen broccoli cost?

I ordered chicken Tikka masala soup to go and the soup was pretty tasty flavorful not spicy but my issue is there was absolutely no chicken in it at all, I even opened my app up when I got home to check my order to see if I had ordered it vegetarian but nope just not one bite of chicken in the entire bowl not cupKid-friendliness: My kids love the Mac and cheese and the cookies

This Panera Bread location falls short with a 2-star rating. The small and oddly designed space makes finding a seat a frustrating challenge. The service is disappointingly slow, and to exacerbate matters, there were numerous mistakes in my order. The overall experience was far from the usual standard expected from Panera Bread. If you value a comfortable dining environment and prompt service, this particular location might not meet your expectations.

Extremely unpleasant experience marred by the rude attitude and behavior of the General Manager, Kelsey Cappello. On the morning of 11/4 around 9:30, I entered the Panera Bread location with the expectation of receiving the warm and friendly service that Panera is known for. Unfortunately, my encounter with Kelsey Cappello was far from the positive experience I had hoped for. From the moment I approached the counter, her demeanor was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and disrespectful.I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and was waiting by the pick up counter. One of the employees asked me what I am waiting for and asked me to wait over the mobile pickup where Kelsey is standing by. I went there and showed her the receipt confirming with her that this is the right place to wait for my order. She pointed me back to where I was and command me to wait there, “no, go wait there.” . I told her someone else just asked me to wait here. She pointed to that direction again “wait over there” she said, without any explanations. Moments later, I was handed with a bag with two tubes of cream cheese with no bagel at all. When I came back and ask, I was told that this is what I was ringed for. I was like if the register misheard my order, why bother asking if I want plain bagel and if I want it to be toasted? In the end, I got my bagels. There is no apologies whatsoever from the start to the end by Kelsey. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, and it was clear that she had no interest in providing the level of service that I, as a customer, deserved.I believe that such behavior from a General Manager sets a poor example for the entire team and reflects poorly on your company as a whole. It is disheartening to witness a key representative of Panera Bread treating customers in such a discourteous manner.I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly by conducting a review of Kelsey Cappello's conduct and providing necessary training or corrective action.Feel free to contact me for more information about the situation.

My food was perfectly cooked and had me full within minutes, amazing for a cold day. I'd like to shout out my server Otto for helping me order and explaining how the register works (I'm new to credit) he offered me his opinions on meals and explained the ingredients after I made him aware of my allergies thank you!

A typical Panera location where they've adopted an emphasis on "clean" food but have raised prices accordingly. A pick-two combo, for example, is basically discount of a dollar or two off two full-sized soups, salads, or sandwiches. Yet today's full-sized options seem like the half-sized ones of the past. Seating was absolutely packed when I stopped by during a weekday lunch hour. Be prepared to hover awkwardly over tables that look like they might free up soon - or, if you're already sitting, watched over, like hawks looking for prey, by those without seats. If you're a laptop loiterer and things get busy, try reconsidering hogging your table.

My favorite place for breakfast or/and dinner! Healthy food, big or small portions as your request. Awesome frie day and young staff!

Food is ok. But please train your employees properly. No one cares to offer to help a new customer who is not familiar with the self-service coffee process. It turned out the coffee barrels are all empty. When being asked someone said she would go ask the manager and never came back. Standing there for a while waiting for them to refill the barrel. The employees were chatting with each other and don’t care to ask at all.

So much potential! I came here as a "safe location" right around the corner from my new office. I usually avoid chains but I don't know the area (for now) so I didn't want to get lost and this place was right in front of me...I ordered the ham & gouda baguette. I'm giving 2 stars for the baguette (bread) alone, as it was huge AND delicious! If I had to take a guess, it may have been over a foot long in size and tasted homemade. However, the rest of the sandwich was subpar as it was lacking ingredients. In my experience, I've discovered places that use bread like this normally "hollow it out," meaning they take the inside filling out of the bread so they can stuff it with ingredients (ie; ham & gouda). This is not the case here as the bread is not "hollowed out" so the bread-to-meat ratio is off to say the least. Each bite was all bread and barely any filling. Not only was this disappointing but I felt like this was a very expensive sub for what it was even though chips & small drink were included. I will avoid this place in the future unless absolutely necessary...
