Classic style crust with a nice crunch. Perfect amount of cheese. I’ve been going here for a few years. Never disappoints. They messed up on one order. They corrected it. Perfect. Highly recommend

When I ordered on the phone, I literally had to repeat everything multiple times for them to understand. Yet they still got my order wrong. I ordered a BLT add mayo and American, and it was made only bacon, mayo and American. How tf do you forget lettuce and tomato on a blt? Literally the most basic sandwich, hard to mess it up. Asked for the pizza well done, it was not. At least the steak and cheese was made correctly but neither sandwich cut in half? They’re like 12-14 inch subs. Difficult to manage without it all falling apart when it’s not cut in half. Disappointing to say the least.

Owner is terrible rude an very aggressive toward customers he acts like his restaurant is top shop when they can’t even cook a freaking pizza right always nasty soggy in the middle when u tell them they give a attitude an burn ur pizza cuz u said u wanted it cooked right an refused to give money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS place

Steak and cheese had a nasty taste. Will never order there again. Back in the day it was good and I think there's new owners and that might be why it's not good. Steak tasted unedible, terriblem

I usually order here and the service is good but not today. Guy who picked up the phone had a terrible attitude. I was ordering for someone else. 30 mins later he calls me asking if I’m gonna pick it up or not and I proceeded to explain it wasn’t for me I was just doing someone a favor by ordering for them and wasn’t sure when they would pick it up and he proceeded to let his frustration out complaining and then saying “oh my God”. The person I ordered for was already at the store picking it up at the same time he called me. Wouldn’t have cost him anything to be patient for 1 more minute/have better costumer service.

Employees can’t seem to get orders correct , multiple times they’ve failed to get our full order . First time they didn’t arrive with someone’s whole meal ( which they repeated back to me ) second time they didn’t deliver the fries that they once again repeated back to us . It’s incompetent and unfortunate that they can’t get orders correct but that money comes out of my bank card before I hang up the phone .
Won't be ordering from Primo's anymore. Been 3 hours since I've ordered and in that time, it took them: an hour to make it, and 2 hours driving around with the pie in the driver's car. I'll explain:At the 1 hour and 15 minute mark, i call the store and inquire as to where it is. They say It's gonna be there very soon as it's left the store. I say okay. Hang up.At about 1 hour and 40 minutes, I see a car with it's highbeams ON ME, waiting outside, shaking my arms up and down like a maniac- He doesnt see me.Look at my phone. Says 3 missed calls. My phone auto-declines any numbers that are suspicious so I didnt hear it ring. I call him up. Says he called me 5 times (lie) and said he was going to do his other deliveries then mine.I call up the store to ask as to why they didnt even come to the door and knock and tell them I was literally right there in his highbeams- and he somehow didn't see me.She defends him more and says he tried calling and insisted once he was done with his other deliveries, hed get to me.He never got to me. And you won't be getting any more of my business.
