I can’t think of anything that is worse than this Chinese food. The food is expensive and taste like dirt. The meat is not thaw and tastes frozen. It is just terrible. I literally spit that out after the first bite and throw it into the trash. Save yourself time and money and don’t come to this place.

Food is authentic and we really love the beef noodle soup. However it was indeed a shock when every dish came with plastic bowls, plastic sauce containers, plastic spoons, and paper plates. For a dine-in experience I would give it a THREE star.
front desk lady was extremely rude. food was average but tables were not clean. if you dine in you get everything yourself. They will tell you when your food is ready and you have to go downstairs and bring it to your seat in the upstairs seating area. Again, front desk lady was extremely rude I just want to emphasize

Very friendly Owner and delicious food... Had the Kung Pao lunch special and I have to say it was one of the best I've had; great complex flavor, good ratio of veg to meat, and finally, spicy enough but not too spicy! I will be back! Thanks Jean!

Amazing food! I love the chicken in garlic sauce and noodle soup
This place used to be good, a place you could get legit Asian food. Now it’s overpriced with bad quality and take out only. What happened? Also the lady at the counter is extremely extremely rude. I agree with another reviewer - take out quality with restaurant price.

The Beef noodle soup, xiao long bao(soup dumplings) & chive pan fried dumplings were perfect and authentic. Delicious take-out-only restaurant. We were able to order and sit to eat, but there aren't tables and servers. I'll be back to try many more dishes.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I've ever had the misfortune of tasting. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I walked past rat traps surrounding the perimeter of the restaurant. Due to all of the construction, Newton is infested. However, I won't forgive the fact that Jean and Lee use days old brown and white rice mixed with a couple of frozen peas and carrots for the vegetarian fried rice. The rice was hard and chewy, like old rice gets. The garlic sauce on my eggplant was congealed and smelled like garbage, literally. After a bite of old rice my lunch ended up in the trash. Now I'm hangry and hoping to spare anyone who reads this the same disappointment. Is fresh rice really too much to ask for at a Chinese place?

I've been getting takeout here for nearly three years, and it is always delicious! Very authentic Taiwanese food that we're lucky to have in the area. The noodle soups are especially good, as are the stir-fried noodles, fried rice, and eggplant dishes. They're worth every penny.

TERRIBLE food. Over-PricedOur hotel room smelled terribly due to the smell emitted from the food. The food they make is very unfresh and smelly.
