“Temporarily closed” for about 3 months now and counting. This place was consistently busy before. WTH?
The staff (name: Max) is very kind. I order a strawberry Frappuccino for my baby. He took my order very carefully and showed good customer service!!
Overpriced coffee!
Clean, convenient, friendly, and efficient.
I love the coffee and the Chai tea.
Google says this store is open at 8:30. It is 8:56 and it's not open yet.
Beet place
Im not a huge starbucks fan, but i do enjoy their white hot chocolate-not too sweet/thick.
Always a pleasure to stop by. Super friendly staff in this cozy Starbucks. Shout out to
Small but well designed Starbucks. And being in Mall gives you the ability to wander around coffee in hand.

Good and prompt service. Brownies are always clutch.
great hot chocolate
Stopped by for a morning coffee before a doctor's visit at Beth Israel next door. This place was lacking in staff and very busy... people waiting everywhere. The line to order wasn't too bad but it took 17 minutes (you can see your order time when you pay with your phone) to receive a latte... of course, this is unacceptable. Not typical of a normal Starbucks experience. People understand if for some reason you are short staffed or perhaps something else contributed to the wait time. However, when this happens the staff shouldn't treat it as it's normal.. no big deal. It was a little chaotic as from time to time, people asked what was going on... they had to go. They should have apologized to each person as they gave them their order along with a "makeup" free drink card. When you fall short, recognize it.
Is there an option for less than one star? If so, this Starbucks deserves it. Normally this particular institution is as a fellow reviewer put it, the slowest Starbucks in the world. It literally takes them forever! Even when I do mobile order 10 minuets prior, I still wait for my order. Well today was the icing on the cake, only they didn't have any cake or any food for that matter. When I got to the counter to order I got a snippy rude response, from someone who looked like they just rolled out of bed, about how they opened late and they have nothing ready. Excuse me? This is one of the biggest companies in the world and you open late and have nothing to actually order? That makes sense. Here are some tips from a former customer: hire some employees with social skills, hire some employees who can multitask, and most importantly hire some employees who wake up on time for work. I hope you had a great day Starbucks are Chestnut Hill because you definitely ruined mine.
Clean normal Starbucks with a bunch of seats. Doesn't ever get too busy except during the holidays when folks are shopping. Good place to take a break.
