I came here with my friends and family and to enjoy a meal outside on a lovely day. The portion sizes are nice and big, but the food was disappointing. My chicken parmigiana was soggy and the pizza and pasta were not very flavorful. The service was also a bit slow but we enjoyed the outdoor seating.

This place isn't very good. I've been here three times and ordered Pizza every time, the Pizza itself is expensive for what you get, costing about 25 dollars after tax, This is my favorite style of Pizza, but despite being cooked pretty well, the pizza itself has a flavor problem as others have mentioned, i think it's has gotten worse every time i've come here. Most recently i ordered a Meatball pie pizza, and whatever the pizza was supposed to taste like was totally overpowered by the immense amount of 'red pepper flakes' they put on the pizza, which completely ruined it.As i said before this is not an isolated incident, i don't think any of the pizza i've had here has been especially good, but HighBrow seems to do just fine in terms of business which is a testament to the mediocre pizza in the area.

We were so excited to return to High Brow. We came once before and, although the cellar is not a great vibe, the food was excellent during our first go. This time, however, everything seemed to go wrong. My partner and I were the first seated in our section. But, it was a solid 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. We submitted our meal order at the same time as our drinks to not add to the delay. My partner ordered the Salmon and I ordered the Chicken Parm. We waited and waited as the tables surrounding us all received their food. They were all seated after us. On the way back from serving another person's table , the server turned and said I'm so sorry, we'll have yours right out." After another almost 20 minutes, our dishes were served. My partner said their salmon was great, however the risotto was very undercooked. I had the opposite problem. The pasta that came with my dish was good, but the chicken was so dry and rubbery. I was so disappointed. We had waited so long. The server took my plate and said he's take it off of my bill. He then came back and offered me a free app. I ordered the fried mozzarella. It arrived burnt. I took a bite and thought "what is wrong with this?" Then took another and realized just how dark the breading was. Having only had 2 bites of pasta before my chicken parm was taken away, and two bites of mozzarella, I left still completely hungry. Additionally, in our last 5 minutes in the restaurant, one of the cooks put plastic either in the oven or the fryer setting off the alarm to the restaurant, which was still going off when we left. Overall, whoever was cooking and managing the kitchen this evening was not of the skill level as what we've experienced before. It was very disappointing.

High brow started strong and the quality has become very inconsistent. I have had awesome meals there, but more recently I've had poorly made drinks, really unappetizing Mac n cheese, and hard and burned pizza that was incredibly overdressed. I hope the quality control can come back because I know how great it can be.

Said they had a 2 hour wait with multiple open tables and didn’t even offer our party of 4 a seat at the bar. Disappointing.

Nice cozy atmosphere and really good wood fired pizza. Can't wait for their patio to open up!

I have dined here 3 times. The first time was okay, the second time was fine, the third time was awful which is why I'm finally writing a review and will not return! Every time I left regretting spending $50+ on food that is just truly awful. Most recently my chicken came to the table undercooked. Appetite killer for sure! The pizza has no flavor. I will say the truffle fries are fantastic and the only redeeming quality of this place. No complaints about the servers They have been great every time. I really would recommend staying away from here. You will leave regretting the amount of money you spent on terrible food. I can't speak to the drinks!

Went here last night and it was a BAD experience. The hostess greeted us asked if we had a reservation which I replied no to. Then she proceeded to push stuff in the tablet and say "well I have a table but we need it back at 630 for a reservation" which was extremely rude because it was 5pm. This sent the message of "well you can eat here but you need to get out in a hour and a half". There was maybe 4 other tables being used so it was pretty empty at the time. By the time it was 6pm we had been brought waters and one appetizer. Our waitress came to our table 3 times saying that our food was almost out. From the first time she said that to when we actually got our food it had to have been at least 20 minutes. I ordered chicken parm and my chicken was very hot but my pasta was cold. Kinda pathetic since all the other people hadn't ordered yet or ordered at the same time. The owner who was in the kitchen area wasn't really doing much. At one people it looked like he was texting on his phone. Our waitress brought the wrong food to two table near us, to me not a big deal mistakes happen but as she was walking away to switch the food she made a rude comment to the people that must have been upset. Honestly worst experience I ever had here and I recommend this place to everyone I encounter visiting the area. Probably won't be doing that anymore.

Great sticky ribs, salads and the best chicken parm around. Nice spot just wish they had better parking.

Excellent food, attentive staff, reasonable prices. The space is unique being two converted store fronts.

I really enjoyed this location. It's the first time that I've been to it. I don't live in Northhampton, but it would be a stopping point if I get back there. We visited this place on 12.31.23. Had to sit at the bar which was fine with us. The bartender was fairly attentive. The atmosphere was very good, and everybody was so social and enjoyable to talk to at the bar. We just ordered a pizza and it was plenty for both of us. The style of pizza is thin crust and it's cooked in a brick oven as per the name. I'm going to guess that you should call for a reservation if you want to be seated. Of course we were there on New Year's Eve as mentioned, so seating was impossible, except they do have open seating at the bar, which was our saving grace.
