Like its namesake empire, the British Beer Company's Plymouth location is one of the few, if not the only, remnants of a domain that once spanned a good portion of coastal Southern New England. There are numerous stories in various media about the decline and fall of both. Much like Britain itself, the BBC Plymouth remains a small but lovely place to visit, partake in a bevy of local and global beverages, and engage in some traditional games and revelry on the second floor. On the last night I was there, Jenga was a particularly popular pastime, as were darts.

This place smells like weed last two times we went, and calling your self British Beer Company and not having more than one truly British beer on tap or bottle/can. Staff are great , but still will not return.

walked in. waited. waited. nobody acknowledged us. asked if we should seat ourselves. some chick said"yeah". We did. eventually got a menu without being asked about drinks. 2 staff on the floor. ignored for another10 minutes at least while watching the staff hang out with a friend at the bar. eventually walked out without being noticed. Be a bar or a restaurant. Clearly you can't do both.

Loved this spot! Friendly folks and the upstairs is cool. I wish there was a deck and some more seating up there though.

The vibes make you feel like you are in London from the killer brews and live music ? the doorman gave us a nice Boston welcome and I highly recommend you give this spot a visit!

We always go here on family reunion the service is always amazing and fast . I love the restaurant. Nothing has changed inside or outside since I've been there. My food was so good I will be order this next time !
