Service was great, food was OK.

Gratuity was included in the bill which is bad business practice. For that reason I will not come back.

We went here at 6:30 and everything was cold and they did not have many meat options available at all. For a restaurant that closes at 9pm?? You would think the food would be hot still and options would be available… guess not! The food here does not taste good. The cheese balls were hard as a rock. We only came here because Rios Steakhouse is closed for renovations!! Will never come back!!!

Great food! Had beef, chicken with bacon and spicy sausage (not too spicy), and sides. Price was fair.

This is my favorite restaurant in the region. I usually will take guests here and no one has ever left disappointed. Staff are awesome and the meat is perfectly cooked. I’m excited to check out their new butcher shop in the back, haven’t had a chance yet!

It was a first time experience and although its no longer $17.95 per person all you can eat it was well worth every penny. Service was outstanding and the food was absolutely scrumptious. I will go back again to try the pizza factory also as their menu seems to look very interesting as well.

The food is good, it's a shame that the service is so bad and the service over the phone, the politeness of the attendants is so lacking.

Good food, clean place, people very friendly nothing to complaim about the place but my complaim goes about the owner. I'd like to have a control about my tip. I personaly dont like to receive the bill with 20% already included on the bill and they dont even tell you about it and always ask if you needs the receipt. Because you see the 20% in the bill only if you see the receipt. So, ask to take the tip out of the bill and give yourself the tip you want.
