Do not order from here!! I showed up 25 minutes after placing an online order and still had to wait 10 more minutes. There was literally no one working and they were all a little rough around the edges. Let’s face it - nobody like a gross, lazy person making their food - even worse when you have to wait so long after being proactive and ordering ahead. I’ve never had this experience at any other Jersey Mike’s.

I was paying through an app and tried to add a tip. It only ran it for the food amount. The Mgr said she would have to charge me for something else to use the balance. I said ok, I will get a drink since it is the same amount and I will pay the tax, after the Mgr initially was blowing me off. The guy at the counter still entered it wrong and left a credit on the card. I was using the upside app and you only have so many hrs to use the money put on it. I was trying to be nice and tip, but now upside can have the extra cash.

What a joke of management! I placed a call in order at 12:25, told it would be ready at 12:54. Arrived at 1:00. Manager said she needed to "top it off" There were 4 people in front of me, all told the same thing. After 10 minutes, some of them got their orders. Not me, Then a door dash person walked in: manager made her order on the spot! Then a guy walked in behind me who had ordered at 12:40. She made his order. I watched people walk in Store after me, and order in person. 4 of them got their orders and walked out. At 1:20, I asked manager if she had forgotten me. She said "I just need to top it off". So you place a phone order at 12:25 and they have not started to make your order at 1:20, after I asked for it at 1:00. Nice prioritization and customer service NOT...Manager tried to blame it on power outage. That has nothing to do with why I can place an order at 12:25 and watch someone walk in door at 1:00 and get their order before mine that was phoned in at 12:25. I will never go back. If she had admitted she made a mistake, I would. But this Manager should not be running a store..Learn how to have some integrity

I can’t thank the staff enough!! My wife had just delivered our first child and asked me if I could please go get her a sandwich the next morning. As she has a gluten allergy there aren’t a lot of options for us. And with her body in recovery getting cross contamination would have caused her so much more pain. When I requested the gluten free sub the folks behind the counter were really great. They wiped down the whole counter, used a separate knife to cut the bread and made her sandwich with incredible care. It means so much to me that the staff was willing to go the extra mile to ensure my wife could catch a moment of relief with a good meal and not have to worry. Will never return. After the sandwich maker asked if I want it mikes way I said no and proceeded, in order, to list the series of toppings I wanted. As I'm listing toppings the sandwich person had to keep going back to the sub to rearrange them. When I said it was fine I was told that there was an order they put stuff on. If I'm paying 64$ for 4 subs I want the sub topped to way I ask in the order I ask. am I not allowed to eat my sandwich the way I want it? Then I asked if they could toast the bread I was told they don't have a toaster because it's baked fresh everyday. Not quit sure what baking it fresh everyday has anything to do with toasting it. So I asked if they could toast it on the grill for me and again was told no, they don't do that. Back to, if I'm paying 64$ for subs, I want to eat the sub the way I want. The menu has very limited customization options, very minimal options for toppings and by the time I got home my sub was so soggy from all the oil and vinegar it was mushy and inedible. Not entirely sure what all the hype is about when It comes to jersey mikes but I've had better subs for cheaper at corner stores. I'd much rather support local business and families then some institutionalized cult like sandwich shop

Been to this location many times with no problems, but today I went here with my wife and ordered a giant sub as usual and when it came to adding toppings whoever put a little bit of onions on my sub and I asked for extra and he said no, I thought he was kidding so I asked again for more onion just said no I'm not going to do that. I'm not really sure what the deal with that was but when I'm ordering $40 worth of subs and I want 2 cents worth of onions on my sub I should be able to get it. I should be able to enjoy the sub the way I like it not the way some clerk thinks it should be made. Absolutely ridiculous. Unless this guy's like the owner and wicked cheap with is onions I don't know, but he piled on the lettuce way more than I wanted but for some reason onions were out of the question. Kind of ridiculous for that kind of money that I can't get a piddly amount of onions on my sub. May sound petty but why the heck can't I have the food the way I want it? I've never had a clerk dictate to me how I can eat my sandwich won't be coming back here. Lost a customer over like six pieces of onion. I hope the owner sees this and we'll remedy the situation to others can get the food the way they want it not the way some clerk thinks they should be eating it. Mind blown!
