This place is amazing! I've been on a keto kick for 5 years now and I find it hard to have a "cheat day", or just find something that doesn't taste like saw dust.I've tried to make my own keto snacks either through internet recipes or buying from a box. I'd rather just leave it to the pros at Keto 1620! They sell everything keto, from pre-made packaged stuff, to ingredients and of course their own delicious baked goods....I come for the baked goods. I had a keto chocolate cake for my birthday as well as a donut and some other dessert and it didn't spike my blood sugar AT ALL which is an actual miracle. I was seriously considering moving out of taxechusetts but this place is making me second guess that.
