It took 1 hour to even receive a drink. No eye contact from staff or I’ll be right with you. They tried to deliver someone else’s food. Terrible service. No apologies. Have brought our huge Italian family together there for years. Never again. Sadly.

Some of the worst Chinese takeout I’ve ever had rice tasted dried out in old General Tsao‘s chicken was over breaded, barely any chicken. When I went to go pick up my order there was a lot of drunk people outside, causing problems with people trying to pick up their orders and their staff is very rude. Management doesn’t seem to care I’m surprise this place hasn’t been shut down already. Given the amount of people leaving they’re drunk and driving away. That’s being responsible if you want good Chinese food, do yourself a favor don’t bother coming here.

Our server Peter was so rude and abrupt from first Greeting to presenting the check. Food is good & we have been regulars when ever in town for past 15 years. But because of Peter we will not be back any time soon if ever. Peter used to be great & we always tip 20% or better, but he has changed since his return. If he is in a bad mood for any reason he seems to take it out on his customers.

Was harrased and yelled at for using the bathroom before i placed an order. Jesus christ, would you prefer I drop a load on your floor? With how the restaurant looks I wouldn't be surprised if you would indeed prefer your customers to add to the filth.Was planning on sitting down for lunch. That will certainly never happen.Absolutely terrible owner, treat people how you want to be treated.

We were visiting Plymouth with out of state family. We go there often to walk the waterfront. Most places were closed for the season.We decided chinese food would be fast and convenient.We should have leftThe place is run down and dirty. The restrooms were disgusting.The waiter was rude. He practically threw plates on the table. Same with the food. He stepped on my foot at least 3 times and my foot was well under the table.He never came back to ask if we needed anything further. He didn't refill the tea.The only saving grace was the food was actually good.I would suggest that if you want food from this restaurant, get it to go.I do shutter to think about what the kitchen looks like.
Decent food, our waiter seemed to be serving half the restaurant by himself so clearly understaffed. We in for pupu platters and got that.

My wife and I ordered food for take out and when we got into the car we thought it smelled bad but we head home to start eating and both of us felt sick after eating so I called to ask for a refund and the manager got on the phone and said no one has complained that it can’t be the food and wouldn’t give me a refund I even asked for a partial refund. If you don’t want to spend all night on the toilet don’t go here.

I walked to Sun Dynasty and went in to use the bathroom before ordering. I had walked a few miles so I REALLY needed to go to the bat. As I washed my hands one of the staff was standing in the doorway staring at me. as I walked past her she started yelling at me about using the bathroom and how it wasn't nice of me. I said, I was going to order something." she said, "I don't think so" and I said back to her with an annoying tone, "I don't think so? Well, I'm not going to order any thing now since you're yelling at me!!" Maybe she should've waited to see if I was going to order something or ask to be seated before giving me a hard time! I had all intentions of ordering food! I will NEVER walk through the doors of that restaurant again! they are so RUDE!
