I sent my granddaughter to buy a dozen donuts because we had one of those peel away coupons that they put on the coffee cups in Sept and Oct. Coupon expiration date NOVEMBER 15. Today is the 9th... The cashier tells my granddaughter it's too late to take it. Seriously!!!! Why?? Cause she's 13? Cause you want to be mean? So typical of this place that always disappoints...
I went through the drive through and was handed a coffee that didn’t have the lid on correctly. It spilled all over my white dress just as I was about to go to work. The guy at the drive through didn’t address me once through the whole interaction and clearly wasn’t paying attention. Very bad experience.

After I ordered my bagel I forgot to ask for butter... So while the employee was putting my bagel in a bag I asked for butter she said sorry I already put it in a bag. I really thought dd was about making customers happy ...and I was the only customer there. Maybe more training is required I don't know. Thank you
