Feather and wedge is my favorite fine dining restaurant in Massachusetts. The food is fantastic. I’ve never been a fan of broccoli rabe before but I get it with the steak fairly often nowadays. The staff is also stellar. Highly recommend.

I was visiting with my husband, we were looking for a good restaurant in the area and someone did not recommend it, we entered a bad restaurant because its doors were open and one of its waiters asked us if we had a reservation, let's say no, the manager immediately came out and told us that the restaurant was closed and we would have to come back in 15 minutes it was a little awkward as she spoke to us

We love to patronize Feather and Wedge when we are in Rockport. Went there about a week ago and it did not disappoint. Broiled oyster appetizer was tasty and the Sole Meuniere was out of this world. My Bramble cocktail was a perfect sip. We shared a blueberry crisp dessert that easily satisfied two. The ambiance is busy/noisy, but it's the tradeoff we make for a small, cozy venue. Waitress was friendly and attentive. It's our favorite spot for dinner when we visit the North Shore and can't wait to come back.

Place was everything we had hoped. Went here after leaving another restaurant. We should have gone here first.Server was great. Place was vibrant and full of pictures from Rockport's past, which gave it a great vibe. Food was outstanding. I had the lamb and my wife had the sole. The sole was next-level.Highly recommend.

I got both the wine special and the dinner special and both were amazing. The ribeye I ordered medium-rare was cooked to perfection, as was the asparagus that accompanied it. The white wine (special) had notes of lemon and lavender. Very light, refreshing and delicious. The folks next to us said the chicken they ordered is so good, that it has a following among the regulars. The best part of the meal for me was the tiramisu. It was the best tiramisu I've ever had! It's exactly what tiramisu is supposed to taste like. It was decadent, light, and flavorful. I will be going back purely for the tiramisu, and can't wait to try more items on the menu. Don't be afraid to be adventurous and order the specials! Service was prompt and our server was a gem. The ambiance is warm, cozy and upscale. Great place for a date night or dinner with the girls.

It’s our date night place for me and my husband. Our favourites are mussels and Jona’s crab. ? However each dish in the menu has my five stars mark!

My husband and I enjoyed a romantic meal at Feather and Wedge. The service was outstanding and the food came quickly. Portions were generous so bring your apetite!
Service was extremely poor. Barely one server who after some good 15-20 minutes of being seated, came and asked: "how long have you been here?" We ordered drinks and she never returned. Someone else brought them. Wehn we finally got to put our order in, explaining to her that it was 7:15 and we had a show next door at 8, she completely forgot to check on us. Our food got to the table around 7:40 and she had the nerve to ask if "we want it to go".The place is nice, the food is OK, albeit a bit overpriced. I would say people go in the fall because there are no other options.

The food was delicious and the staff seemed friendly except for our waitress Carol who preformed one of the most distasteful acts I have ever witnessed. My sister and I were out with our 90 year old grandmother who has Alzheimer’s. My grandmother insisted on paying so when she did she made an honest mistake and didn’t tip to the proper 20% as is custom. I noticed that and was going to give Carol the proper tip on the way out the door as I did not want to embarrass my grandmother. Instead of getting the receipt after we had left the restaurant Carol came and took it prematurely. She returned a few seconds later to confront my grandmother about the lack of tip. As someone who has Alzheimer’s she was very confused by the whole situation and very embarrassed. As someone who has served in the service industry I have never thought of preforming such a distasteful act or heard of anyone doing such a thing. I would recommend proper training as this was the lowest of the lows to be preformed in a place of service.

Best food in Rockport and at least as good as anywhere else on Cape Ann. The staff is friendly and helpful. When they have music it's always good and never so loud as to inhibit conversation. An added bonus, the bar is well stocked and the bartenders know how to make a fine cocktail.

Great atmosphere drinks and food! Very friendly and helpful folks! We totally enjoyed our dinner. The leave a message phone reservation system is not dependable however. Yet the folks were excellent to squeeze us in.
