One star for the Sunday workers, I ordered the "Snackin’ Bacon" through the drive through, not to mention it took forever for the worker to realize I was at the drive thru screen. I get up to the window to get my order, and I get a sandwich instead… when I asked for the Snackin’ Bacon which is just like 5 or 6 slices of seasoned bacon. I go inside to tell them I got the wrong order… once again it took forever for a worker to realize I was there (there were 4 workers inside) they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. So fast foward… I get my correct order, get in my car and drive away assuming that the order was right this time, well the food was right, but instead of getting slices of bacon, I got 3 small halves. I definitely did not get what I asked for (usually there are 6 or 7 long slices in there. Horrible and clueless staff on the Sundays.

Brutally slow and not busy. Drive through guy didn't care. After sitting at the take out window for 30 seconds watching 3 of them have a chat after turning their backs...I just left. Won't be back to that one. The crew on Saturday was great and the place was packed .

This dunks is usually great and i commend them for that. However, recently I went and ordered an iced coffee; I was in the lobby so I saw them make it. The server took a cup of piping hot coffee out of the fridge and poured it over ice. (I’m not blaming him because he even questioned whether to do this and was then snapped at by a manager/shift leader to just get on with it). Obviously, when you pour hot liquid over ice, all the ice in the drink immediately melted. When I got the drink it was still warm and completely watered down to the point where it didn’t even taste like coffee. I stood there for a few moments about to ask for a refund, but they were so busy they didn’t even see me. I just walked out dumbfounded. Why would they not just tell me they have no more iced coffee? I would have ordered something else, simple as that. So yeah, it wasn’t the biggest sin a Dunkin has done to me but i was just so taken aback at the shortcuts being taken.

This review is not about any one particular Dunkin’ Donuts, but about the entire chain. When will Dunkin’ Donuts learn to sell organic options ? Why should we all eat RoundUo in our wheat and other grains, and not see any warning? This is really a question for our USDA and FDA federal agencies who allows big food and chemical and Pharmaceutical industries to pollute what goes into our bodies. It’s time to raise our standards, and to demand the same of all of our federal agencies, that seem to be captured by the industries they are supposed to be protecting us from. See the Environmental Working Group website and support them too. They are doing some of what our federal agencies are supposed to be doing. Thanks to them and many other environmental groups, but don’t forget our tax dollars pay our federal agencies to do what they are not doing! Time to speak up!

They were understaffed but doing their best. Tammy served me with a smile and the lattes I got were delicious. Unfortunately there was almost no cream cheese on my bagel and the drive thru line was obnoxiously long.

This location routinely locks the front doors and makes you sit in the drive through line for 30+ minutes to get a simple coffee. Its a joke. They turn the app off too which makes drive through lines WAY worse. The whole point of the app is to alleviate waiting issues but clearly they cant handle the tech. I wonder how much $$ they arent taking in when they lock the doors and shut the app off. Do yourself a favor and drive 4mins south to the Topsfield location where there's hardly ever a line, they don't turn the app off or lock the doors and they are super friendly. Better yet, go downtown Rowley to the bakery there and support your local business. They make delicious treats and coffees, i dont know why any one drinks garbage dunks coffee. This dunks is the WORST.

Waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order, only to finally be handed my cold latte that had been sitting on the drive thru counter the whole time (I placed the order for counter pickup inside). When I asked about my order the employees were rude and dismissive. This place is so poorly run that issues like this have happened multiple times, so I will not be going back.

OK product. Price is excessive. Three bucks for a medium coffee? Cumbys is $1.29 for large. Little difference.
