Great sandwiches!! I got the t bird sandwich. It didn't have quite enough chipotle mayo, I thought it tasted more like an Italian sub. But I loved it either way, it was flavorful and fresh. The prices on the website don't match the deal prices, it's $1 or $2 on the menu in the store.

This place was very good. I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza. As well as a Greek Salad. The staff was very nice and i would definitely return, and recommend to others. They had a pretty good daily special as well, which is posted outside of the restaurant.

Super friendly service and great food! Had a cheese/pepperoni pizza and was so delicious. Also, ordered the Greek salad and was very fresh and filling! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick/inexpensive bite to eat while you shop!

I ordered the Mustang, which is beef ribeye, caramelized onions, Genoa salami, mushrooms, and peppers. I added cheese and also ordered the fries. I thought the customer service was excellent and the food was amazing. The sub is probably the best I've had in a long time. The fries are golden and crispy, just the way I like them. Until I try the other dishes on the menu, this place is definitely worth coming here for.

Ordered a pick-up order on 5/3 and when I arrived @ 3:09 PM, the time listed on the online receipt (within their standard business hours according to their website and Google), the restaurant was closed with all the lights off and the doors locked. I tried to call the number listed on the online receipt/Google but the phone number goes straight to an automated response saying the number is not valid, nor do they do not have another phone number listed anywhere on their website. The only other way to try to reach them is through their "contact us" portion of their website where you just put your email address in an hope they reach back out in 24-48 hours (which they don't). I also tried messaging them on Facebook - it's now been 3 days without a response from the restaurant and I have to dispute a charge through my credit card company.

I ordered an Italian sub and the guy asked me f I wanted mayonnaise. I said no thank you, I’d like olive oil and instead he put catchup on it. I took one look at it and threw it out. Who puts catchup on an Italian sub???

This place is great! Food and service are both outstanding. The chicken parm and pizza are the best around. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Top notch. Give them a shot you'll be glad you did. The owner has another very popular restaurant in East Boston that I ca t wait to try. Cheers

Great sandwich and pizza shop next to its sister La Cucina. I like Pronto a lot but I wish they had more consistent operating hours! I realize that COVID has affected many businesses, but Pronto is constantly closing early or not opening at all (when their website and/or social media says otherwise). Also, there's frequently only one person making pizzas and sandwiches when 5+ people are waiting around during lunch. I'd like to see Pronto open past 6 p.m. and operating on the weekends. I think they'd get good business from people shopping or living in Assembly. I've gotten the T-Bird sandwich, Hawaiian pizza, and Monkey Wrench pizza. All are solid. The T-Bird in particular is super fresh and delicious--I love the chipotle mayo and shredded lettuce! Note that Pronto is card-only, at least as of June 2020.

Got a meatball parm for my kid and chicken parm for me. Both were unreal . Chicken parm was up there with my favorite victors deli. Better then new deal and bobs in my opinion. Guy at the register was as friendly as can be. Will def be back this place deserves more business!
