To prefecit, I prefer Starbucks coffee so I am somewhat bias to the coffee. The coffee is good/consistent and way better than that watery coffee at Diesel Cafe. Baristas are usually fast and friendly, the sitting area is generally clean - mostly students. Lots of tables. However, one of the morning baristas picked her nose while handling coffee so I avoid the morning crew. The pastry case sometimes has fly/gnats during summer. Place has ample seating and is clean.The lady taking our order seemed to have an English barrier? She couldn’t understand my order and was hard to understand her.We all got ice coffee of some sort and each one of our drinks were very watered down and bitter. Never had a Starbucks mess up our drinks like this before. Seems like they need better management here

I come to this starbucks almost everyday. i've had a great experience with other workers but one worker i had the worst service i've ever had. i ordered my drink as i usually do but replace the almond milk with oat milk. i have a severe nut allergy. i watch my drink get messed up 4 times, then remade, which i don't mind. i mind that after i told the cashier i have a nut allergy i watched the girl making my drink pour almond milk into the cup and realize she made a mistake, DUMPS...read full review
