Looks are deceiving! Walked in front to a neighborhood bar and sat in the back with the family. The food was great! We had tacos, boneless wings, fish n chips and flatbread! Everything was great! Definitely will be back next time we're in Springfield.
We've eaten here twice now, and have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food on both occasions. It's a nice, simple bar menu (burgers, flatbreads, fish and chips) but everything we've ordered has been fresh, well prepared, and made with high quality ingredients. Highlights have been the fish and chips, the Reuben, and the steak and cheese sandwich. Again, not gourmet stuff. Just simple, well executed, and darn good

Don't let the neighborhood discourage you from giving this place a try. Great food, friendly staff, and they have creative daily specials. Our bartender Katie, is knowledgeable and attentive.
