My 1st actual visit they get busy quicker than you can blink. The atmosphere is a real chill vibe, family-friendly environment. The food is served in huge portions. I had a long hair in my slaw. She took the food and didn't charge me. But gave me 2 drinks for the next visit. Honestly, the food was so good and service that I would've been fine with a remade order. I'm definitely coming back.

The old bay wings are amazing. The ribeye steak is so tender and delicious. The ribs are so tender. The watermelon cosmo is so worth the money.
Great food and great drinks and great service. I ordered the whole Belly clams with fries and Cole slaw. It was delicious and huge portions I couldn't eat all of it.

I was traveling through Springfield, headed back to Boston, starved. I yelped for a classic burger, and BHT popped up. Exceptional burger, absolutely delightful service, a huge win.

Really cool vibe. Staff was friendly and super helpful. The food is amazing! The mashed potatoes taste better than homemade. They were even nice enough to serve the gravy on the side. Their bbq sauce is to die for! Go check them out!
I wanted to give this higher stats but ambience and nose really bothered me. Food was swift and yummy, reasonably priced too. Server also had to make our drinks but you couldn't tell as service was still fast. We were in the dining room by the rear door, where the kitchen staff went in and out of a lot for smoke breaks...which let in a mighty cold draft to our table. It was SO loud and could use some soft furnishing to break that....could barely hear each other talk and we only come up once a year. We would totally come again, just minor changes. ***Don't follow Google maps to location if going after business hours...Google the funeral home next door and park in large lot there.
