RUDE! Maniger is nasty whit customer. I ask for a ice capuchino whit almond milk cause I'm lactose intolerant they refuced to make it. Saiying they can't make it whit almond milk. Is the same order that I make every single day in others dunkin. Poor customer service dont know how to speak to people.
I am so sick of going there and them messing up my order. For an example... I went the,re this morning and I ordered a medium iced mocha latt a and they gave me an ice coffee. I didn't realize intll I drove away.I think that duckin is rated a star of 2

I order the same green tea every morning and earlier this week I get to work and realize they gave me chamomile tea. I didn’t drink it because I didn’t like it. The next day I went, I told the worker at the window what had happened and she said nor did nothing. I don’t mind paying for something I order, but I do mind paying for something that I didn’t order and don’t like.
