If you go here, make sure you do not get the girl with the nosePiercing and black hair and necklace is she is terrible every time I come here. She says that they don't have my coffee. And then the next day I get the coffee that I ask for she's terrible she doesn't want to do her job. She says there's no food when there is food.

The guy at the register in the afternoon was very rude. He was more interested in a website on his phone than waiting on the customer. People like that shouldn't work there.

Friendly staff considering it's Massachusetts, but hands down one of the worst coffees I've ever had. Idk how they get "no sugar" from "7 cream, 7 sugar" but then they wouldn't fix it because of Covid and wouldn't replace the coffee... So total waste unless you want no sugar and very little cream.

Employee at the drive through was rushing my order and impatient when SHE messed it up. Then had the auditacity to yell at me when I mentioned she got my order wrong. Real classy folks there.
