They have the best cookies and it’s why I go here. They changed their location but I couldn’t remember their name until I searched a couple years later after having cookies in Florida that made me remember my love for their shortbread sprinkled cookies that have the perfect cookie to sprinkle ratio which gives your mouth a nice texture without the dryness of too much cookie part. They seem to be disorganized a lot when I go in their which their staff in front is generally high school aged kids. The sis function with this place is the inability of the family that owns it bickering. I’ve purchased some of their pastries in the past but I’m not really a baked goods type of girl for they are too sweet but the cookies I highly recommend for they are fresh and flavorful and their shortbread cookie that’s the main ingredient you don’t get much of the flour taste that turns me off when it comes to baked goods but instead a more smooth buttery flavor that masks that dislike my picky palette detests in things like cakes in cookies. Very clean and beautiful location in which definitely shows that business is good if you saw where they were originally located with plenty of parking located right next to the Chicopee/Springfield line of meeting

The food is good, don't order anything for take out. I ordered 1 dozen grinder rolls which is 12 where I went to school. My mistake, I didn't check the order when picked up, when I got home there were 8 rolls 2 packages of 4. Called them and was told that each package contained 4 rolls, hello should have been 3 packages, again basic math. I was told I was only charged for 8 but I wanted 12 and could order more . Last year my whole order was wrong, was given someone else's order which cost more than mine, had to make the trip back to the store to exchange the order. When I arrived they checked the order to see if I had taken anything. I am not a regular customer but with experiences like these I'm not sure I want to be.

HORRIBLE! I pre paid! DONT PRE PAY! I ordered 2 1/2 doz. cupcakes for a baby shower. 1/2 doz were gluten free. I was charged $88.00 and thought they were giant decorated cupcakes. They were a 3" cupcake and had a fondant footprint on them with blue frosting. The gluten free werent decorated. They were stale. When I called to tell them how disappointed I was they could have cared less. Go to Big Y. What a waste of money

They did EXACTLY what I wanted. The most delicious red velvet cake. The ordering process was easy, they called to confirm, they were ready when I got there to pickup at the scheduled time. I am so grateful. The cake was a HIT!!

I have ordered from Koffee Kup Bakery a few times, and my previous experiences with their cupcakes specifically have been outstanding! However, my most recent order left much to be desired. I ordered 60 cupcakes for a friend's birthday, requesting a blend of vanilla and chocolate flavors with a burgundy and light pink frosting swirl design to match the theme. I supplied them with inspiration photos, and they confirmed the design in the colors I specified.Unfortunately, upon arriving to pick up my order at the scheduled time, I was informed my cupcakes had not been made due to a scheduling error on their part. They had mistakenly scheduled the order for Saturday instead of Thursday at 4:30PM. While they were able to accommodate my order using available cupcakes, I had to wait for the decorator to return to the store to apply the frosting, causing an additional inconvenience given my already tight schedule.When I finally received the cupcakes, I was disappointed with the quality. The decorator appeared to have rushed the job, resulting in a messy and inaccurate execution of the requested colors and design. The cupcakes were also dry, not living up to the delectable standard I had come to expect from this bakery.To add to the disappointment, the cupcakes were packed in 3 separate boxes, which were stacked on top of one another, causing the frosting on the cupcakes in bottom 2 boxes to be flattened and unappealing.While I appreciate Koffee Kup Bakery's efforts to fulfill my order despite the initial oversight, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The cupcakes lacked the quality, attention to detail, and flavor that I had previously enjoyed.
