Just went to order a cake from here. I wanted a strawberry cake with no peaches or nuts. Server Elisa noted they have strawberry cake as I have people that are allergic to peaches and nuts. I picked a cake that she said had strawberries only. I came home and did a celebration for my mom. Cake was cut and was given out to not be strawberries. Unsure of the cake at this point to find out it's a cake with chocolate chip and tastes like it had nuts. We called the bakery and spoke with one of the bakers She stated it had hazelnut nuts in it. So she gave the phone to the manager and he said it's not their fault as they are unsure of the story and that it's our fault we should have never cut the cake and handed it out. So he's basically blaming us that we purchased the wrong cake and they only go by what we order. He was rude and said we are adults and should have known they are allergic to certain cakes.Whike talking he hung up on me. So I honestly will not go back to this place and I have always ordered cakes from here plus mention it to many friends and families. I will no longer be a customer as you cannot even deal with customers and be professional.

I've been going to La Fiorentina Pastry shop for 15 years now. It's a staple of the Italian section of the south end of Springfield. They have the BEST desserts and cakes in Western Mass. I would highly recommend their cannoli cakes if you are looking to branch off from basic chocolate, vanilla, and marble cakes. Great service and great food!
Oh boy, I had a piece of one of their birthday cakes and it was amazing. It was so light and delicious that I believe it was healthy for me to eat. ( It definitely wasn't bad for me ) You must try this place out..... I can only imagine how good everything else is.

Love this place since I was a kid, nice to still have a piece of culture left for us Italians. I fell in love with the cheesecake, you would think I was lying if I told you I get a whole cheesecake every week but it's true. Great service, nice atmosphere.

Stopped there for coffee with my Mom. It was super busy, but there were seats available for eating, and conversation. Lots of people were there picking up their orders and everything was smooth. I waited in line for two coffees, a couple of minutes or so. Not bad since the pickup line was almost out the door. My latte was made perfectly, my Mom's coffee was piping hot the way she likes it, and it was delivered to our table. Still great service for such a busy day.

Solid Italian pastry and sandwich shop. Block away from MGM, place does brisk takeout and eat in business. Got sandwiches to go. Very tasty. Quality ingredients. Caesar's salad was less than ideal.
