First time ordering from here. We ordered 12 wings and an order of potato skins. The wings were the size of nuggets. Not impressed with the teriyaki and the garlic parm flavors. I asked for bacon and cheese potato skins and got broccoli and cheese instead. Everything was very bland. The blue cheese dressing was extremely watery and barely any blue cheese chunks.

This is my new spot!! We had a birthday party for my daughter and pizza viva went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. The staff we spoke with on the phone were very friendly and helpful. We ordered two party size pizzas and they were cooked perfectly, I could’ve honestly eaten spoonfuls of the sauce alone it was so tasty. Our delivery was right on time and our driver was professional and friendly. We also ordered a catering sized salad and the veggies were fresh and the salad was hearty and full. I’m so happy to give Pizza Viva my business going forward!

The food was fantastic. The Sicilian pizza, while small and a bit pricey, was phenomenal. However after ordering delivery twice they stopped delivering to my address all of a sudden. Unfortunately that means I won't be ordering from here again.

I’ve been meaning to review this place since I first tried it about a week ago. The first time I tried it it was excellent and I was very impressed. I ordered a hamburger grinder with lettuce, onions, and pickles. There was a good amount of toppings on it And everything was tasty including the garlic, rosemary fries I had. Then last night I’m craving it again after I drove by on my way home and decided I would get another delivery and eat half for dinner and bring the other half for lunch as the grinders are big. Needless to say, I didn’t even finish my first half for dinner and it’s still saying in my fridge and I did not bring it for lunch today and don’t even know if I will finish it. I put a comment about no cheese and that I only wanted lettuce, onions, and pickles on it. They MUST have read the comment because they did not put cheese on it but also failed to put any lettuce on it and considering I got charged extra on the site for the onions and pickles, It looked like a joke. And it was very bland. I should have just flushed my $20 down the toilet. I would have to say if this was the first time I tried it. I wouldn’t be going back again but because I tried it once and it was good, maybe it was just a bad night? I really want it to be good as it’s just one street over from me. I know a new business in order to succeed they’re gonna need to stay consistent Because you can lose customers with one bad experience. So the first time I ordered it I would give the food a five , last night I would’ve given a one or two so right now my rating stands at three and if I see something better from them, I will change it. I haven’t been in the store in the restaurant yet, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, the service I know the first time I got a the delivery guy was really nice when he came and was talking the place up about how good the food is.

There is a lot to like about Pizza Viva in Springfield. I ordered a couple of slices for lunch today. The sicilian slice I ordered had tomato sauce that tasted especially sweet and fresh. The interior of this restaurant is clean and organized. Service was good, the people working were nice and friendly. Lastly the prices are fair.

Literally spent 8 mins explaining my order to for them to tell me their closed on sat at 9:10 pm when their store hours on Google are 10pm. They tried convincing me to use cash instead of card because “it’s better” once I told them I don’t have cash they said they’re actually closed. Waste of time!

The OWENER! YELLED AT ME. I order my food at 6. They call at 639 and tell me thats its near where the Big E is and wont deliver. Yelling at me the whole time. Why are you yelling? Why did you wait 39 mintues to call and tell me this? No mention about canceling the charge on my card. THE Owner just HANGS UP on me. I call back speak to a women who shares that was the owner who is now refusing to come on the phone. She says she will cancle but gives no apology when i mention how this owner acted. I went 40 mintues to get no dinner.
This place makes the best pizza in the city and the prices are great BUT don't order the boneless wings. I did and what I got was a couple of breaded chicken cutlets chopped and drenched in Buffalo sauce. WTH when I called to complain the other end og the call (don't know their possition owner/cook/clerk) that was boneless wings what did I expect for boneless wings.This is too bad because without the attitude and maybe a bit of cooking education on what part of the chicken a wing comes from hint it's in the name, they would still have a customer who raved about their pizza. Now I will have to add BUT NOT BONELESS WINGS!

I order pizza from different places that I have never tried before. I came across Bella Gusto and lord and behold, it is delicious! I am a pizza lover and finally found my spot. Please DO NOT change your ingredients like others are doing. ?
Know that the new owner took over the pizzas are amazing. All have a lot of toppings. They are not shy. Love that it’s thin crust and not that heavy dough.Although their lasagna meal or dinner is not very well. Feels like it was frozen because you could taste the freezer taste to it and the salad wasn’t as fresh found some wilted pieces.The salad dressing is very warm, where it should be refrigerated. It doesn’t tastes really well on top of the salad.Parking: Good size it’s in a little mini plaza
