Not my favorite Starbucks experience. This is a very small location and people waiting for their drinks more or less block or take up the very limited seating. I arrived during a rush on a Sunday and the staff member who waited in me was clearly not in a good mood. They don't call out your name very loudly and so it was hard to know when my drink was ready. They also failed to put whipped cream on my drink, even though the label clearly indicated that's what I asked for. It's a small thing but just added to the disappointment of the whole experience when I sought out a place to work remote and have a beverage.

Picked up order from drive thru window with toddlers suddenly one had to use the bathroom but they locked the inside and staff and manager pretended we weren’t there as we waited in rain storm with a traffic jam keeping us from going anywhere else. After a few minutes they signaled they wouldn’t let us in so my child had an accident and I was forced to clean him up with napkins in the rain.Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t let child use the bathroom so they had an accident and wouldn’t allow in to clean up.

After we had 15 minutes in line, they closed us in the face because it was already 1 pm and they had to close. Bad management, bad service and bad everything.

After waiting in the drive thru for literally 35 minutes on average serving one car every 4 min. They said they were closed and told everyone to leave. “Devin” said even though we sat here forever they have to leave. They had one person sweeping and another talking to their friends outside and another taking out the trash and literally served 6 cars in 35 min. And now even though I and many others arrived her 35 min before closing we are being told to leave. I get they have stuff to do but if you served people instead of talking then more people would have been helped. And when you know people been waiting 30 min you can’t just tell them to leave. You should help the last few cars first. I will NEVER come here again

Loved the music. The strawberry refresher, Pink Drink, was very good, according to my kid. My hot Chai was tasteless. Loved the music. It's kind of tiny. Lacks the ambiance of the Boston café I used to frequent in Boston. Parking is good. Service us also very good.

Same old drink selection, except tons of things were sold out from the time I was there from 9am-1pm. Regardless, the employees were friendly and the space is relatively clean.Good spot to do work, as there's a good number of outlets.
