I always order a foot long ham sandwich. I also always order double meat as I have it for 2 meals. I just went today, and the server repeated my order for double meat, and I usually watch to make sure they add the right amount of meat, but I didn't this time, and I did NOT get double meat, but paid $4 extra for it! I shouldn't have to watch to make sure, but I can't trust they will do it right. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me!

This is the worst restaurant we have ever been to we ordered a tuna grinder some dumb ass put alot of Chipotle sauce on it. they did the same on all our sandwiches management must have no control there. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Went for lunch today and got my usual sub. When I went to eat the sun the bread was stale so I went back and politely informed the person that made the sandwich the bread was stale. The response I got was it's all the same bread and said "what do you want me to do? You want a refund" I went in with the intent of just asking for another sandwich and spent 5-10 minutes trying to explain (and I admit I got frustrated and loud at that point) that the bread was stale and I didn't come in for a $5 refund. Thankfully the other employee offered to remake my sandwich and the bread was not falling apart stale.

Kinda mad the last few times in here over the past month no Italian herb and cheese bread only option was plain italian bread ?
Decent little subway, difficult in and out of but the place is clean and the girl behind the counter was pleasant as punch. They don't have the Italian herbs and cheese bread anymore and the meatballs were a little soft for my liking.

The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...
