My second time coming here but first time having the hibachi! My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and had such a great time! Always good to make a reservation. Our hibachi chef was so nice and prepared everything so well. We also got a maki roll as an appetizer. And decided upon the honey for two which is great if you want a variety of protein and it comes with a desert at the end.

I just had lunch here. The food is great...very fresh. I wanted to compliment one of the staff members for her honesty. I left a tip on the table and the same amount on my credit card and she came out of the building to give me money back! I will return to this restaurant again...good food, good service.

I would return it was our first time and the guy that did the hibachi rushed us he didn't explain anything everyone was in a rush. We had no problem waiting 1hr but to be seated and then being rushed to order n then moves to another side I wish we had left.

I ordered food but they wanted me to pay for soy sauce and duck sauce $2 for 2 packets of it I will not order here again anymore I have never been charged for sauce.

We stopped in for a quick bit to eat on a road trip back from ME to CT. It was just what the doctor ordered. I could feed our little one, we ate hibachi quickly and then out the door we went. The bathrooms were pretty gross, which always skeeves me out and makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like....
Very bad service from this waitress. I told her the soup was cold and she literally said she would put it in the microwave. Knowing there’s a pandemic and not supposed to take a bowl someone ate out of to reheat. Also she got an attitude over me asking her for a plate. Super bad service I would never go there again. The waitress name was Arvy

We came here because it was closer to where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I'd driven to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The chef seemed like he was overworked (though his technical skills were amazing) and the waitress never checked in on us. They sat another company with us and automatically charged the 18% gratuity to our bill despite the fact we were only a party of 4. I will NOT be going back to this location... If you're going to charge for gratuity, at LEAST provide it!!!! And to add to that, they tried to rush us out of the restaurant... As if they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spending $300 at a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respect, but apparently.... That's not enough nor is the 18% gratuity that was tacked on the bill.

I wish I was able to give this place zero stars. Not only did we have to wait an additional 15 minutes for an order that was placed 45 minutes prior, but our sushi was legitimately inedible. The fish was foul tasting and looked like a pile of mush. You could not make out the difference between the salmon and the tuna, and I'm pretty sure the fish came out of cans, while the Gyzoa was heated up from Costco. When we called to complain the best the manager could do was offer us 20% for a future meal which we have zero intention of ever getting takeout from again. Don't waste your time or money... This place is terrible!

Felix was a delightful server. The food was delicious, as always. You can't go wrong with a gyoza starter. I had golden orange chicken tonight for the first time and it was a delightful blend of sweet and spicy.
