Didn’t eat here, but they let me use the bathroom while my mom was ordering a soda in the drive through even though the dining room was closed.Vegetarian options: It’s a burger place. If you can find something, I’m genuinely impressed.Dietary restrictions: If you can’t eat something, they’ll tell you if it’s in it, but then again, these are the people who put beef in the fries and didn’t tell Hindus or anyone else.Parking: There’s parking wrapped all around the building and there’s always spots free.Kid-friendliness: It’s a great place for kids! Big kids menu, kids love it here, the only thing is that they don’t have fhe play place anymore.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all on a flat floor but there’s 2 sets of doors to get in so it might be a little difficult.

Only had fries and they were stale.As far as service, they forgot to put items in bag.Thankfully by now we all know to stay and look to make sure we got what we needed.

Service is non existing here. There isn't but one person in the entire place that speaks English. They put the one with the least English speaking skills on the drive through window.. Then when you leave the window to go inside because the chick cant understand a single thing your asking for they are rude as hell... Like YOU did something wrong. I'm the one who grew up around here, why is it on ME to speak another language to get service I should expect. Bottom line... Racist, rude and sub part workers for the most part... I'll never be back..

This is the store in Falmouth MA. McDonald's kiosks are a waste. No one uses them. Store is very clean and is cleaned continuously. Service was but burgers were built in a very sloppy fashion. The best way to have a meal at McDonald's is to find a way to take advantage of whatever specials they are offering because regular prices have really escalated

Falmouth MA locationDrove up to drive thru. Woman asked if I ordered thru the app. Said no...then she vanished for 5 minutes! Another car drove up in the other lane and she took their order. I finally beeped my horn then she took my order. Asked for cheeseburger only mustard and pickle and a caramel frappe WITH WHIP CREAM. GOT up to the window, paid, not given receipt. Then hands me frappe with no whip cream, handed it back. Then I leave and open my burger! NO MUSTARD! AND A TON OF KETCHUP! couldn't even eat it. Tried to call but mailbox was full and nobody would answer at 3 PM!!

The Falmouth location has really gone down hill. Poor service when you order inside or choose to pick up mobile order inside. They seem to focus more on the drive thru and hardly any attention to the people inside the building.

Owner or staff had their children or friends children or relatives distracting them at work, making a lot of noise, coughing on surfaces that should be sanitary. Slowest service of any McDonalds because of the constant harassment.

Ok place to eat .Cust services really need to be restarted die to some Adults ot appreciating working.. or even working with the public. Being rude to customers is not appreciating your jobMaybe is a management issue !! Anyhow it could be an awesome place if the customer service was replaced with kinder worker's that LIKE their job!!!!!Parking: Great about of optional parking

I would leave zero stars if I could. Parked in the handicap spot and entered the side door near the bathroom-- wet mat on a wet floor -- no warning -- slipped, screamed, arms flailing -- I stopped myself from falling by catching myself on the booth to the right. NO ONE CAME TO SEE WHY I SCREAMED. And when I told the woman at the front she did absolutely NOTHING and said absolutely NOTHING to me -- my back is wrenched-- my knee is horribly wrenched -- it hurts so bad -- my trip is ruined. I can't even walk WITH a cane. Trying to rent a wheelchair in Boston.

This place has gone downhill. Bad. Not sure if the owners of the franchise changed or not, but if you want to dine in, don't. Staff isn't friendly and will not acknowledge your existence. Half the time I've ordered food it has been wrong or had items missing. They have uncensored rap music on every time I've gone in, so, explaining to my children they shouldn't say the n-word they heard for the first time here is pretty ridiculous.Done coming here.
