A delicious and satisfying meal well worth the price. Outdoor and indoor seating. Attentive staff. The indoor dining room is a bit loud when packed but not unbearably so. The meal and service are well worth it.Parking: Park across the street in the larger lot, best bet
Great service. Great atmosphere but food was a little below standard. If you're in Italian food expert, I don't think this will be the place for you.Food: 2/5
don’t eat octopus! they are intelligent sentient creatures. watch “ My Octopus Teacher “ and you’ll NEVER EAT OR SERVE this gentle, curious intelligent animal again. And you’ll be heartsick that you ever did!otherwise a good restaraunt all in all but they need to take this animal off the menu.
Stopped in after a pleasant sunset over the Charles. Just had dessert, the Iris, which was a brioche donut-like delight filled with ricotta, and a couple mini cannolis. Both were fantastic. Will definitely need to stop back for lunch or dinner! The lighting is definitely a bit harsh once the sun sets, but nothing too bad.
Great food, one of the best pizza you will find (try the vegetariana). Great customer service. Very hospitable. Good location. Outdoor patio decorated with lights, with tents and tables with table cloth if asked, overlooking Charles RiverVegetarian options: They have vegetarian pasta, salad, pizzas. They also have have a vegetarian option in their daily specials. Kid-friendliness: Outdoor fenced patio in the back facing the Charles River great for sitting out and having space for kids to release some energy. Parking: Plenty parkingWheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance through front doorDietary restrictions: All dietary restrictions are considered in your food order.
Amazing food! Ran in during a rainstorm and glad I did! Will be back to check out the to-go casseroles!
Brelundi, how I love you, let me count the ways. For those of you who have not been there, Brelundi, is a wonderful little Italian restaurant in a warehouse location in Waltham. It is casual yet elegant and has a wonderful outdoor deck. Since the pandemic, I have minimize my reviews about service because I know how difficult it is for restaurants to be at their A game. Well this one is no problem because the restaurant is at an A+ game. The service was knowledgeable, helpful and always attentive. And now to the meal. We started with a caprice salad, which was as good as it could possibly get. Perfectly ripened tomatoes, elegant mozzarella and a reduced balsamic bringing out its sweetness. The Complementary bread was absolutely superb Crisp on the outside softer on the inside. Tremendous to dip and to eat. I ordered the eggplant Parm and without question, (sorry mom) It was unquestionably the best I have ever had. Thinly sliced eggplant layered with ricotta and their delicious marinara. Every bite was a celebration a very well prepared food. Not a drop of Greasiness. The portion was large enough and tasty enough that it served for dinner, a late night snack and lunch the following day. My wife had the pollo Brelundi. A creamy version of chicken Marsala. It was light and elegant. A large portion, again good for multiple meals. We ended the meal with coffee and a multiple dessert sampling. Each desert was a 10. The almond cream cake and tiramisu could not have been better. Now the restaurant also has a section where you can take pre-prepared frozen dishes home. I did and they were also great. This restaurant was an absolute pleasure from the quality of the food to the consistency of the service to the kindness of the ownership. Just was easily one of the best Italian meals I have had in my life, forget just Boston.
Delicious ! The “Fra Diavolo” is wicked spicy !!
We went with some out of town family last Saturday for dinner. We were seated in a wonderful breezy porch under cool trees. We had the Capoliato, and tri color tortellini, meatballs and sauce. My son had a Calzone. We all raved about our food. The desserts were also fantastic, and great service. We will come back again.
I had pizza and calamari. Both were yummy, although the pizza was a bit soggy at the ends. If you use gps to locate it, just know that it may direct you to the middle of the building, when the restaurant is actually located on the far right side.Parking: Plenty of parking available at a free lot across the street Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance to restaurant has a ramp so it is wheelchair accessible.
Great food always! The menu is good! Service great! Desserts are always yummy! I would recommend this restaurant to Friends and Family!
this is an amazing place. Lovely outdoor patio, the creamy chicken pasta dish i got was exceptional. the service was friendly and helpful..i took Ayanna's (Sp?) suggestions on the meal and dessert. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful lunch on the patio. Great service, really congenial staff. Plenty of parking around. The chicken parm and meatball paninis were superb. A really nice spot for a meal.
We had a really fine dining experience thanks to the great food, and the A+ owner, who went far beyond what we expected to make sure we enjoyed our visit to his restaurant . He and his manager added a musical treat with their singing and guitar playing before our meal.
Great ambience! Tasty food and delicious drinks! Spicy linguine with shrimp recommended! Aperol spritz and Paper plane for drinks!
