Stopped at Guanachapis for dinner as it's been a few years since I've been by. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and suggesting how to tweak our dishes to our liking. I had the Tipico Montanero and Silvia ordered the Bistec encebollado . Both items were delicious they came with yuca fries, rice, black beans, plantain and pork grinds also which were delicious.Thank you for a pleasant evening!!
The food and customer service is very good.Only thing is that they need to update the prices on their website because when you place an order they are much higher.They have not updated and it is misleading to customers.Thank you

Everything was so overpriced and when you order through the website they charge you all these additional fees. I got a text from my delivery person that my order wasn’t ready after an hour. I call the restaurant and they tell my order is ready. It takes another 20 minutes for me to get my order just to receive the worst enchiladas I have ever had. Don’t waste your money or time!

They tried to argue with me about them putting steak in a veggie burrito and then when they made a new one they chopped it up thinking I wouldn’t notice until I left but I opened there. Terrible. Lack of accountability and responsibility. Not aware of dietary restrictions.

Food is amazing but the music is LOUD and the staff sometimes can be hard to understand (and vice-versa) especially if you don’t speak Spanish. Excellent food makes it worth the hassle, but not necessarily a “nice” restaurant for an evening out.

The birria tocas wasn’t got at all, the tocas were soggy and flavorless… I would suggest going Paisanos in Waltham they are new on the menu and are made the right way with tones of flavor and crispness.
