Had generally good experiences each time I went but last couple times I went this past week they looked closed. Is it still open?

After walking for miles trying to find a quick bite I saw the glowing open sign in Indulgenza's window. The beef and potato empanadas were crispy and deliciously complemented with the spicy dipping sauce. The cinnamon coffee muffin combined with the house coffee were perfect as a dessert. Only 2 minutes after ordering everything was brought over by a very nice woman while I sat looking out the window. Great place to stop if you have the chance.

We are visiting from CT and like to try out a bunch of new coffee places. This one was definitely my favorite in Waltham! Caramel macchiato and strawberry smoothie were really tasty.

Owner needs to invest in real management. The style of business is not sustainable and this great low key spot will eventually close like other poorly managed failed businesses on moody st. Employees are not required to know even a little bit of English which makes small requests impossible to accommodate. Also what seems to be their most popular item (empanadas) is not available to purchase 50% of the time. I really liked this place when it opened but with each recent visit I'm less and less impressed and very close to giving up on supporting this small business. Hoping positive changes occur in the near future. Food still tastes great.

Poor Quality food. I ordered churros and they were frozen, cold inside, hard, the dough was chewy, and tasteless. I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your money.

I love this place! Beautiful and delicious baked goods and the BEST espresso drinks.

A coffee and apps (appetizer) place on Moody Street that also has gelato. Good food selections, especially the empanadas which I enjoyed, but there's a problem I had that kind of baffled me. The person I ordered from on two separate visits didn't speak or understand any English at all, other than just the menu options as they're labeled. Multiple times I've tried to ask the simplest question about what flavor shot options there are for the iced latte, and the person couldn't tell me no matter how I phrased it and just shrugged their shoulders. When I politely asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, she just shook her head. The fact that there isn't anyone working there who can communicate anything in English at all is kind of insane to me, and not a good way to run a business, whoever owns this place. I'm sorry to be this way, it's just kind of annoying for me, but it's a whole different story for a person if they have a food allergy(ies) and wanted to ask the person about the ingredients. Not just that, but the second (and final) time I went, I came to realize they didn't even give me the vanilla iced latte I ordered (and had been displayed on the register when I paid), but an iced coffee. Thankfully Café on the Common up the street saved me later that day. My first visit went well and the latte was great; I had someone with me who could translate, but that's not the case for most people. 2 1/2 or 3 out of 5 stars.

A quaint little shop that you could almost miss. Has dainty little sweet and savory treats. Has about can house about 15-20 people with ease. Choice of coffee, cake slices and empanadas and drinks. Nice stop if you aren't in the mood to eat too much and just indulge. Pricing may be reasonable or expensive depending on if you are a local or an outsider.I just had the cappuccino and the server asked and added cinnamon. Brownie points for her. She was polite and quick. Since there is one cashier who is also the maker and server (when i went) you may experience a slight delay in ordering if you are in line. Just speak slowly and clearly to the order taker unlike me who likes to share my dreams and wishes in the same sentence.

We ordered two hot chocolates, they were lukewarm and the chocolate mix wasn’t even properly mixed - couldn’t drink it

Very nice vibe and excellent choices of pastries and desserts. Excellent coffee & Cappuccino prepared and served by Eva. Will definitely patronize this business when in the neighborhood.
