Came in with my support animal. Vest on, letter for proof and was denied access by the shift manager. Who first asked me 'what kind of breed is it?' I responded then he waved me away...like swooshed me away and said 'I'm allergic to dogs' ... Perplexed and already lost for words I honestly didn't know what to do!! Yes I was angry and hangry!! I just never experienced something like this.

I can’t believe how bad this place is now. Chicken was like plastic and mash potatoes tasted like chemicals. I spend 38 dollars for 8 chicken strips with two sides. Price does not match what they offer as well. What happen?this place used to have the best wings. Shame.

This is a very strange KFC. Some say they have the best chicken ever. Other times its just a weird tupperware of clearly not KFC chicken.Try your luck.

Not going to bash just going to keep it real. It's a off and on thing here..something's it's Wonderful cooked food and then times like these I'm on break wishing for some tender chicken and good delicious fries. I've had enough of this and wasting money, luckily I got a refund this time and legit am about to throw the food outside for the birds to eat. Hard chicken and hard fries as of the food has been sitting out all day or definitely put in the microwave. I know cooked food from microwave food a clear difference. I think I'm done ordering from this KFC. I rather eat a dry piece of bread

It's really commendable that the management here goes out of its way to hire the differently abled. It's always good to know the mentally retarded are getting jobs.OR, the people who work here are just completely incompetent.These are the only 2 reasons I can think of why they sent my delivery of a tenders combo with none of the asked for dipping sauces.

Placed an order for $80+ which included two extra sides ($5.99 each). I normally check my orders but everything was sealed inside a plastic bag, perhaps to keep in the moisture?When I got home, both extra sides were not included. Also missing another component of my meal set. No sauces, no plates or utensils as requested.Worst. EVER.Never going back to this location again. The food here sucks. This is NOT the KFC I grew up with. Save yourself the time and disappointment— GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If you want a headache and cold food, be my guest and order here.Waited 40 minutes for an online order that was marked as ready the whole time. Was continuously asking staff about the order, who continued to say they had no order in my name. Finally after waiting for 40 minutes, they pull out my food that had been waiting in a different spot behind the counter and ready the entire time.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the KFC located in Waltham recently. I visited the establishment with high hopes of enjoying a classic fried chicken meal, but unfortunately, my expectations were far from met.Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find that the food was not only lukewarm but downright soggy. The once crispy exterior of the chicken had turned into a mushy mess, and the fries were limp and unappetizing. It was evident that the food had been sitting around for an extended period, and freshness was nowhere in sight.Disheartened by the quality of my meal, I approached the staff to express my concern. The response I received was nothing short of disappointing. The employees seemed disinterested and unapologetic, providing no explanation or assurance that they would address the issue. The lack of customer service was both surprising and frustrating.What added to the frustration was the absence of any attempt to compensate for the subpar meal and the inconvenience caused. In other establishments, I've come to expect a level of accountability when a customer receives a meal that falls well below the expected standards. Unfortunately, this KFC location failed to acknowledge the issue, let alone offer any form of compensation or replacement.In the end, not only did I leave the restaurant with a dissatisfied palate, but I also left with the feeling that customer experience was not a priority for this particular KFC. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable fast-food chain let its standards slip so drastically. I sincerely hope that management takes notice of these issues and works to improve the quality of both their food and customer service at this location.
