I personally like to order from here, their food is amazing, but the lady who answers the phone is not. This time I decided to place an order online to be delivered from THEIR website. I ordered a steak and cheese, She called me screaming at me saying “ who pays 8.00 for a sandwich? “ to which I responded you, because that is what your website states. She proceeded to scream she was only going to put steak in my sandwich because there’s no way im letting you slide with paying 8.00 for a sandwich and not pay for cheese. Im sorry but it’s literally called a steak and cheese ? She purposely made the sandwich VERY salty. I couldn’t even eat it. Also as if im the one who put the price on THEIR website. To top it off she didn’t put any cheese in my steak and cheese. I’m sorry but if you’re having pricing issues, and you see the order is coming from online, check your website before you decide to call a customer screaming. Whoever that lady is, you are very inconsiderate, rude & very miserable.

I've been going here since I moved to Waltham. Was always very happy with the food. Tonight I ordered what I usually order, large Italian sub and order of chicken wings. Both items were substantially less portion than they ever have been. Yes I got six wings like usual but they must have been baby chickens because they were so small. The Italian sub was also much smaller. I'm not sure if they gave me a small by accident but I was very displeased with the amount of food I got compared to what I used to get. It really upsets me this was one of my favorite places but I just can't order from here if the portions are going to be this small. I understand times are tough but tonights meal was very sad. I hope they see this and reflect upon it. Until then I will have to go elsewhere.

I go to this place because it's close to where I live. I get the same thing every time but the price is always different. The last time I paid 23 dollars for a large sub and a soda which took 45 minutes. People that just walked in got served faster. Terrible service

Called up to place a delivery order and was told they don't take card info over the phone and they don't deliver, ok fine, I'll come down there. So after about 15 minutes, I head over and when I approach the counter I'm told they NEVER MADE THE ORDER cuz of 'bad reception over the phone' ?? Oookay, so can you just make it now I guess? Sure they say, so while I'm waiting I ask if I can have two beef empanadas heated up that they have displayed behind the counter, so I wait and when my friend and I bite into the empanadas, it tastes SLIMY, I look and it's filled with OVERCOOKED ONIONS and BLACK OLIVES.... In a "Beef" empanada?!? I didn't see ANY beef. I just grabbed my pizza and sub I ordered and left. When I get halfway down the street someone runs down the street chasing us, saying they gave me the wrong food! Wow... So I FINALLY get home and honestly the pizza was HORRIBLE, it was VERY dry and SUPER salty. I am NOT picky about pizza, this was like leather. My friend said the chicken finger sub was very dry, hardly any mayo. I used to be a huge fan of Tara's. I will never go back

Amazing pizza. Very garlicky and fresh. One of the reviews state that the people were rude but that is not the case. Once they accidentally charged me 4$ instead of 14$ as an accident but we fixed the issue. We normally order the large cheese pizza which is perfect for 3 hungry kids to demolish. Amazing 6/5 for pizza.
