The General Manager yells at his employees in front of customers. He is the rudest guy and shouldn't be in the position if he doesn't know how to discuss issues properly. Everyone talks about him and says the same thing.The woman who ran the drive through I see at another store and I laugh because I knew she wouldn't be at Wendy's long after I heard the GM yelling at her. She left.I advise other employees to complain to Wendy's Corporate Office and don't be intimidated by this guy or leave too. Very simple G.M. -- treat customers and staff correct or lose your job.His behavior borders on abuse from what I've seen and heard.

Went today for a quick bite but mostly to try the new orange frosty. Doors were locked and it's drive thru only. We left due to no lobby service.

If i could give fewer stars, I promise you I would. Went thru drive thru today around 140pm. No other cars in drivethru, and fewer than 6 people visible inside the lobby (seemingly 3 waiting on orders and 3 waiting to order).. i sat at the speaker for almost a full minute with nobody saying anything so i asked if someone was there. After a few moments more of silence i got ready to leave when suddenly a small voice made a noise. I asked if i could order, and the voice said "um yes". I asked for two items, the person behind the speaker then proceded to speak but in an almost completely incoherent way. None of the words sounded like words so i apologized and asked for her to repeat it. Again, mumbled. So i said i would instead go inside. As soon as i entered the lobby i could see the same people waiting yet not a single employee working a register. A line of now 5 people had formed including me, to order yet every employee behind the counter was half assedly meandering around the kitchen. 3 appeared to actually be working while everyone else was either trying to look busy, or simply walking around aimlessly. Not sure who is doing the hiring there, but great job... you managed to find the most lazy and incompetent people who cant manage to do the work theyre being paid for (granted the pay is likely horrible and low, and i sympathize but dont take ur issues with ur job out on everyone else)

I ordered a Dave’s double large size with a Diet Coke and large coffee-they charged me $27.68 . Refused to refund. Scam artists-do not go there.

They like to charge for bigger sandwiches even if you order a small sandwich because half of them can barely understand what you’re saying so they just assume and choose the option that costs more. It’s basically a scam at this Wendy’s. Poor communication, poor service, so much attitude. As I waited at the window for a cup of ice they forgot to hand me, one of the women asked what my problem was with a very passive aggressive tone. Beware ordering and eating at this Wendy’s.

I placed a carry out order via the application, I drove 10 minutes to the shop, they said that they could not make the order because there were no materials and that I had to cancel by calling, the behavior of your employees was really terrible and very disrespectful, they sent me back by chewing gum from their mouth as if they were mocking me and even gave me my money. They didn't refund it, it's a terrible business

They gave me everything wrong, they don't give you a receipt, they ignore you when you ask them to change something that you didn't ask for, wait 45 minutes after ordering and receiving the food, just to replace what they didn't give me.

So far I’ve gone here 6 or 7 times, usually my order is right and my food is made quick, it’s a wendys not much to expect. Inside is usually clean depending the time of day. Staff are for the most part friendly and helpful.Parking: Location is on same property to a Home Depot that has a huge parking lot, but usually there lot is empty.

Service was slow and no order to the line of a dozen persons waiting to place their order. Only one person manning thr registers to move people along. They needed condiments and supplies on the floor for the persons eating in. Management needs to make quick decisions when the environment changes and needs of the many out weigh the need of one.
