We had a very nice dinner there. We did the Hibachi. We were early for dinner just after 5pm on a Tuesday. We had the hibachi table to ourselves. The hibachi chef was very funny and the food delicious. The servers were very polite.
The food was good but as others have stated the waitress was a bit rude. I asked for a side of fried rice as was on the menu and she didn’t get it. She said “I don’t want to argue” with you and walked away. What I got was a small (icecream scoop) side of plain white rice and was charged 3.50 extra for fried rice. The table chef was an elderly man and he did a good job at entertaining and cooking the food. But due to the service I will go elsewhere next time for hibachi.

The staff at the restaurant are very polite but the female manager is quite rude and disrespectful. The bathrooms are very dirty and smell bad. The indoor environment is not ventilated enough, and there is a strong smell of food. I asked permission to use the bathroom and when I went in, it was incredibly dirty. I washed my hands and when I saw the air dryer, I didn’t want to use it because it was very dirty. I then asked for a napkin to dry my hands. The other employees tried to help and were very polite as they handed me a napkin. However, the manager I mentioned took the napkin from their hands while yelling. She yelled at me and the employee, insulted us, and said a lot of things. I was very upset and they continued to talk about me in Chinese next to me, making me feel quite embarrassed. I definitely recommend not going there, especially until that woman straightens up her act.

The service was awful, and on top of that the waitress forced us to leave a tip. Even tho it says suggested she argued that we had to, and didn’t let us leave until we did.
I have been waiting over 2 hours for an order. This is ridiculous. I called and was told the driver was on the way. I live within a few miles of the establishment, and it should not be taking this long to bring an order over.I will update as things progress.

The only good thing about this place is the person cooking your food and the taste of the food. Otherwise the service is awful, the woman yell and are obnoxious, they order the "fried rice" for you and it's $2.50 more a person - so be ready to pay that without having a choice. Also, DO NOT expect to eat or even sit when your reservation is booked for. We had a reservation for 9 at 6:45 and didn't sit until 8:00!! Do not sit at the the table by the bar because all you do is move in so the women yelling can get by to another table. The whole experience took away from the taste of the food. Lastly, God forbid you "request" something, they call you "Rich, so why does it matter, just pay" Please, there are so many hibachi's around, if you want to celebrate or even just have a nice dinner with friends or family, DO NOT EAT HERE!

Don’t go to this place if you want your food right when you order! Be expected to wait at least an hour and a half for your food. DO NOT book a reservation on a Friday or Saturday night. They are Severely understaffed and can’t keep up with the orders. The manager is very disrespectful and expects her customers to wait over an hour for their food. She was yelling at us and blaming us because we wouldn’t be patient with out food. Please read this before you decide to eat at this restaurant. The service is AWFUL!
