Love the energy in here which makes it a Western-Massachusetts must-visit. Burgers are delicious and you can top it all off with an ice cream afterwards. Not sure if it's a seasonal item, but the cheeseburger chowder was very good too!

I've been enjoying Classic Burgers ice-cream since they opened. So much, that every year, my son gets one of their delicious homemade cakes. Well recently I ordered a special cake and it wasn't as great as some of the cakes I've ordered in the past. I reached and expressed my disappointment. Harry, one of the owners I believe, went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The customer service he provided was OUTSTANDING. He really put a seal on a continued customer relationship. Sometimes mistakes happen, it's how they are handled that counts. I am super pleased that our family tradition of Classic Burgers birthday ice-cream cakes will continue.
Very cool old fashioned spot: amazing burgers hot dogs and fries. Everything is fresh and homemade. The prices are soooo worth it !

Food was delicious. Fresh burgers and shakes. The cut out cars as seats was pretty nifty as well. Order food at the register and pay, then you sit down at a table and they bring it over to you.

The fries were terrible. Looked like the grease hadn't been changed in quite a while. The cheese burger chowder was cold and tasted disgusting. The chicken tenders were like the fries. Threw out the fried and the cheeseburger chowder after one bite. It has gone way down hill since it first opened. Won't be going back again.
