We decided to be nice and order our son the "West Springfield" from here. He now is sick as a dog with diarrhea and vomiting. I would not recommend as it appear this has happened to others. We should have read the reviews before going. :(

We dined at the restaurant last night, and having been here before we expected the same great service we usually get. Both of our orders were wrong. My boyfriend ordered the pasta and seafood, and specified that he wanted the lo-mein, he did not get the lo-mein, the spiciness was not medium as he selected and was actually more. He said it was almost intolerable. We did not want to be those people and complain because our waitress was nice, however our crab legs were cold, and potatoes undercooked. There was too much seasoning for on our plates for it to even be enjoyable. We left the restaurant very disappointed, our bill ended up being about $95, and underwhelming. It gets worse, the whole night my boyfriend and I have been throwing up with food poisoning. Please be careful ordering from here. As I have said, we have been here before (last time maybe a year ago) and the quality has gone downhill. We will not be coming back.

I ordered the build your own boil. The Crazy mix sauce was nothing but oil. Spicy oil. The seafood smelled fishy and both of our salads had nothing but lettuce stems . We couldn’t even eat them. Not 1 thing was Cajun about the food. It is literally the McDonalds of

Hands down had the BEST waitress ever, (I hope I am spelling her name right), Rizza, her personality added to making our experience even better.HOWEVER- the bartender (Saturday 3/2 night) had the WORST attitude ever! (I also bartend and waitress)She didn’t even acknowledge me while I was the ONLY person at the bar, I let it slide, after a few minutes the manager came over and asked if I had been helped, (mind you I was apart of a huge party in the back, and I arrived late, so I went to the bar to grab my husband , myself and our other 2 friends drinks, we are all over 40yrs old) she snapped back at me with the continued attitude, saying they needed to know who the drinks were going to. I replied I can go get their IDs, she said then told me you need to just order through your waitress.That’s fine and I understood, YET did NOT understand why I was getting SO much attitude from her.I can’t remember ever being treated like that from any bartender/server in my life.Point being, don’t go to the bar!!! And def ask for Rizza!!!

Delicious and pricy. We had the New England Combo $79 with butter and garlic sauce. It’s pricy but seafood is always pricy. We had for desert chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and that was amazing as well. I will definitely go again.

Great seafood boils! Best around. Stick with that , as the other items on the menu are not as great. Soup, and salad and appetizers are only OK. The desserts tasted like the refrigerator... so stick with the boils. The sauses are incredible, if you enjoy spicy food. WOW get the hot but you can also get a mild garlic sause... wonderful.
