This is a true gem in the Springfield area. The eastern European dishes are terrific. We loved the Pelmeni Dumplings ... the pasta was light and the chicken stuffing so flavorful. Our favorite was the Khachapuri. It's literally one of the tastiest breads I've ever had, truly outstandingly delicious. You can taste the scallions and the cheese filling was light and fluffy. We split a sweet dessert crepe stuffed with cheese and chocolate. We ate every bit and loved the dessert. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Springfield. The service was good. A nice sweet young woman took care of us. The ambiance is also nice but it's the food that shines!

I arrived with a few friends for some lunch and found myself feeling slightly skeptical at first. I’m a big boy so I like to make sure I’ve had my fill. Crepes aren’t necessarily on my list of filling dishes. Once I enter the building I notice a warm a busy scenery and a warm atmosphere. There is a wide variety of teas’ to choose from. The crepes vary from sweet to savory. If you want chocolate and strawberries, that’s an option. If you want beef or chicken with three different types of vegetables, you can also have that. Or, if you want a dinner comprised of rice, meats and veggies or potato’s, you can also have that. It’s a greats spot to take someone on a date or have a simple and relaxing meal. Parking is limited, and there may be a bit of a wait to get a table. In the end, it’s well worth it.

This is my 3rd time here and although the food is great, they have repeatedly taken forever to acknowledge me once seated and service is horrificly slow. We got seated relatively quickly. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but after my 3rd visit, again, we've been waiting almost 30 minutes to even order our food. I saw one server on her phone while we were waiting. When I ask for something they seemed totally inconvenienced and in a rush the entire time. Love the food but service needs help. Update: I found a piece of plastic in my crepe when I started eating my leftovers this morning. And no, I have no reason to make this stuff up. Bad service needs to be called out.

We ordered savory pancakes as appetizers. Then, we had small crepes filled with savory options. The small is very filling, and you can add all sorts of ingredients to personalize your meal. The real winner, though, was the wild blueberry tea we chose to accompany the meal. Amazing! You can also purchase the loose leaf teas by the ounce to take home... yum!

Abysmal customer service today.Called at 4 PM to reserve a booth for 6 pm, was hung up several times because "my phone was cutting out".Called from friends' phone after being hung up on, too, then told "we don't do reservations, it's usually slow so there will be space. And our phone cuts out all the time hahaha" Well, there wasn't much space. When I spoke up about the declined reservations and now having to wait "oh who would have told you that, we always take reservations after 3?" Until she said the only phone call asking her for reservations was cutting out "well, I couldn't hear you. And it wasnt me." My friend heard you just fine. And we heard you just fine saying you didn't do reservation.... no need to get aggressive and lie about your blunder and poor attitude. They made a fuzz about us wanting to wait for a booth "we literally pushed a table together. Well, my friends are disabled seniors with aching backs, they much wanted the booth to relax in. The seating arrangement made it awkward to be near each other, in a bigger party section, too.I have arranged a silent book club here last Tuesday (20 people), I definitely will ask for a different place next time due to the poor customer service. This was uncalled for.

I loved the gluten free crepes. And wonderful choice of teas.
Started off with a pot of Himalayan green tea. I had the eggs Benedict, which were very good with English muffin and spinach. My wife had the sweet crêpe with fluffy cream cheese with strawberries and raspberries. It was delicious. We also had the cherry Vernicki which are like dumplings stuffed with cherries and cream cheese everything was so delicious. We definitely will be back for more.

Everything about this place was great! Friendly and attentive staff, food was tasty, and their tea is delicious! Give them a try!
Extremely disappointed. I have been here many times and love the crepes but after tonight I will not be back. It was my first time ordering online and I ordered a sweet crepe and wanted to add fruit. So I selected the “add fruit” button for an additional +$5.45 but it did not give me any options for fruit. So I put in the notes at the bottom to please add bananas and strawberries for the fruit. I went to pick up the order and had no problems. Then I open the bag to find a very nasty note from the employees. It said how adding a note to my order to include fruit is unacceptable and making one times exceptions for orders like mine hurts the business. None of this even makes sense because I payed the extra $5.45 for the fruit. If there was a misunderstanding with the order, I would expect an employee to ask me about it to clear things up instead of just leaving a rude note in my takeout bag. Not quite sure what they had such an issue with since I payed for the fruit??? I only added a note at the bottom because it didn’t give me the fruit options. This is extremely unprofessional and there was no reason for it. Definitely will not be back.
