We were in last night in the back room addition. The service was AWFUL! Our server barely came over and if she was walking buy and we tried to get her attention she wouldn’t look anywhere but the floor. One person in our group didn’t get their food for another 20 mins after everyone else and another persons food was wrong, they remade it to go and it was burnt. The rest of everyone’s food was good but it took and hour to get it. Definitely will not be returning due to the very slow and not attentive service. Server didn’t even apologize once

Worst experience ever. Will never go back. We were there Friday night. It took over 2 hours to get our food. They blame the kitchen help. Our servers took her at least 45 minutes to come over to even take our order. Will never ever go back.

Overall a good experience! The atmosphere & the service were great. We would try again because of that. The food left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t bad at all. But it definitely wasn’t as good as we were expecting based on reviews. We got Nachos w/ chili, onion rings, garlic parm wings, a platter, brisket potato skins, Caesar salad, Mac and cheese, brisket tacos, French fries, carrot cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake with strawberries, and brownie sundae. We tried a little bit of everything as we like to do when we eat somewhere new. Dinner was okay. Just not great. The meat we found to be extremely dry however, the smoky flavor was great. The Mac & cheese was flavorless. Not cheesy at all! Like buttered noodles almost. The nachos were good but the toppings were just plopped on the very top / not spread around so most the chips were dry and there was very little toppings to try to spread on all of the chips. We got the 4 desserts to go and we all must say- they were the best part. Delicious dessert options!! The service was great from both our server and what I believe to be a manager when they got very busy. He jumped in and was helping the only server. Very nice people and they did a great job despite the rush.

Great pub with more to offer than good food and atmosphere. In the front is the conventional bar setting, in the back, is a family style restaurant. It's definitely worth checking out.
I haven't been in the crest room in probably 5 years and boy have they been busy! The renovations and addition in the back are classy and impactful for their nice atmosphere. Now featuring live music on the weekends as well, I must say I was super impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was perfect and reasonably priced, the cocktails were strong and inventive the Crest Room knocks it out of the park!

The pull pork platter was good? will be back. Recently went back in January and the pork was mostly fat?chunkie of fat and some meat. Pull pork isn't Chunky.what happen.

Crest Room now has an enclosed patio which makes for a perfect entertainment venue. BBQ is their specialty now since they have reopened under new ownership. Service is fast and friendly and the bar is only a few steps away from the DJ jng area. Brisket is my go to menu option. A close second is the house made corned beef Reuben. Check out their website to see what local music is on tap as well!
