:WHATS WRONG WITH THE FRIES IN WESTERN MA? THEY TASTE LIKE OIL EXTRA OIL AND EXTRA SALTY?-people on complaining everywhere from greenfield, MA from West Springfield, MA Riverdale franchise.- tasted like they dipped their old fries into the greese again and salted them and handed them out. People have been to the hospital from this. I can't name names on a huge public review though. That's their own doing.-how's it possible two different counties are having this same issue? Bad batch drop off or is it protocol to just dump old fries in oil again, and even on a slow day.- pleasee explain McDonald's. People are reporting this because we are getting sick. Even KIDS YOUNGER THAN 3. HAPPY MEALS.FIX THIS ISSSUE FOR THE COMMUNITY, HOSPITALS, HEALTH & SAFETY, FDA,BBB, and ALL Corporate places need to answer this especially ALL MCDONALD'S WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE AND WONT RESPOND.I DO THESE REVIEWS FOR EVERYONES SAKE FOR FREE. so slow. i ordered a six piece mcnugget and i only received four out of the six nuggets. when we received our bag of food, the lady immediately shut the window without any words. “have a nice night”, or anything for that matter, would’ve been nice. don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle speaking to customers!

So the drive through can’t handle the orders they receive and send you to park in spots you can’t get out of due to the drive through lineup! Absolutely ridiculous! If the mindless job is to much to handle find better employees!

We asked for fresh fries twice. The first time they said they were fresh. No way. The 2nd. They put the old ones back in the fryer for a minute and said they were fresh. Not fresh and not cool.Manager keys on the counter no manager in sight.Looked and felt like no one knew what they were doing.Then, after someone said something , I am guessing because then the manager comes out "is there a problem ". I tell her the whole thing again. Root beer is just club soda and the dr pepper needs changing as it is super flat. She redid the 2nd not fresh French fries.I would say yes. There is a problem.
I ordered a L French fries and they never have the order ready they food is the must nasty things I ever ate and I asked if I cloud cancel it and they said no because I was to young and I order they are not nice the manager was screaming at me in a different language!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I want my money back NOW my $5.29!!!!

Never have an issue with curb pick up. Fod is usually fresh and order is correct each time. The only gripe is no matter what size fry you pay for it is always a small fry in any size cup.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for entry etc
